I love banking here. Everyone is always so helpful. When I had 2 loans at approximately 5 1/2% each, a bank representative called me on the phone to lower my rate to 3%. I truly appreciated this gesture, and will never bank anywhere else because of it. Keep up the great work WASATCH PEAKS!!!!!

I am living in Spain now and I can still do business with you thanks to the wonderful manager in the branch I chose. I can transfer my money every month from my account and count on her to do so.

I had my wallet stolen so I needed a replacement ATM card. The women I spoke to on the phone stated she would send one to my home address. After a week or so I still didn't receive it. So I called customer support and they said that it was actually never sent out/that request wasn't put in. I was frustrated because I wanted to retrieve money from my account because it was close to Thanksgiving, but I understood because I too work in customer service and get that mistakes happen. So a few days went by and I did receive my card. I tried to call the back of the card to set up my pin, but wasn't able to do so (most companies you can just set it up over the phone by calling the number on the back) I was told I had to go into an actual branch to set up my pin. So I went to the branch in Ogden Utah off Jefferson to get it set up. After my visit I thought that everything was fine. Later in the week I went to the ATM to use my card and I was told the pin was never set up. Now I was extremely frustrated because the teller made a mistake. I had to wait over the weekend to go back in to get it set up. When I returned on Monday I immediately asked to speak to a manger and not deal with the poorly trained tellers. The manger was very helpful and helped me with the pin. She then took it a step further and walked outside with me to make sure my pin was set it...and it wasn't!! So not even the manager could figure it out. We went back inside and she tried a few more things. 20 minutes later she figured it out and we went outside to the ATM to try it and it work. The manager was extremely nice during the process, but it was all still very frustrating. The entire company seems inexperienced. I now have another banking institution and have slowed started to move my business to them - America First

I think after banking with you for almost a decade your account reps would be more friendly and willing to release a hold on a check before 5 business days. Rather disappointed with the service and feeling like I was trying to pass a fake check.
