Always been able to get good services when we have been in a branch.

The credit union has always been so awesome to us. We have been a member since 1992. We won't consider going anywhere else.

Something about your online banking is not compatible with my work's security system so I am not able to do even the most simplest task. Additionally, I was required to obtain a loan on a used truck and the credit unions restrictions prevented me from financing the truck through them. I have reactivated and account at another credit union to accomodate my needs.

I have been working with Lori in the Roy office to re-finance our cars. She is very kind and truly cares about me and my wife. We were able to re-finance the cars at a lower interest rate and saved us money on our monthly payments. Lori was very helpful through the entire process. I appreciate all of the help she provided.

I love most things about WPCU, but if there was one thing that could be improved it would be notifications that would be sent out if someone was close to/going into overdraft. That way, people could take care of the problem the same day and not accrue a penalty.

This Credit Union is the best! No crazy hidden fees, they are always happy to help me if I run into any problems, and the loan department is the best one I've come in contact with. They are fast, friendly, and efficient.
