Ive been with Wasatch Peak CU (many different names over the years) since 1977 when I first started working for the USFS. I've had other CUs for instant cash and deposits over the years, but, I keep coming back and wont leave here until the day I die, which I hope is a long ways off. I've had exceptional service from Crystal these days in a variety of issues and none better qualified that I have dealt with than with her. I dont know how to give her more kudos other than here, but she surely needs to be touted as one heck of a membership person to help with any questions you have. Thanks Crystal, I always appreciate your help and knowledge.

I absolutely love this bank. But your new app is terrible. I’m trying to pay bills right now, and it kicked me out again. It’s making me log in all over again. And even when it works, I need to enter a security code…every…. Single….. time…. This app is going to make me leave the bank

I don’t enjoy shopping around for cars or getting loans but Wasatch Peaks made it fast and easy and I didn’t feel pressured at all. Combine that with the ease of pay through app and notifications you can setup as reminders and I have great peace of mind! Definitely recommend them!

I've been a member of this credit union for over 10 years and I can't say enough about their exceptional customer service. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any questions or concerns. As I walk in they greet me and know my name. They go above and beyond each time I go in!

I’m not gonna lie, this credit union is fabulous. The staff is wonderful and they really know how to make you feel appreciated.

I have been a member since I was a little girl. It has changed names several times. But since 1990 till present I have to say that I have absolutely never had a problem with this credit union. I realize this is a strong statement, but true. With different transactions from going through a divorce and both of us banking here regularly we are very happy. The people are kind, yet proform business ethically. I always get a call when there is an issue. They seem to be on top of all accounts. My parents signed me up at an early age with several credit unions. The most prominent one in Utah to the time I am writing this review are still making mistakes and never seem to know what is going on. I am now only a member at Wasatch Peaks and have and will always do my business here. Thank you for always being there for me.
