When I opened my account I was not told that there is a 3-5 business day hold on checks deposited for the first month no matter how much is available in the account.

I cant say much. I bought a new camper and the dealership did the work. I have 12% interest. Don't like that. Im very grateful for the help, me and my wife love the new camper! Thank you.

I was helped by the Branch Manager Lori. She was very nice and explained all of the process including any questions regarding the process or how the credit report came back. It was news to me that having great credit didn't qualify for the best rate unless there was a history of an auto loan on the report, but my wife was able to qualify for the lower rate so it worked out. The COVID-19 actions taken by the branch were very good and I was helped in a prompt manner to complete the Loan Process in a couple days.
