I just received this winch from warrior. I have not yet mounted it however, all the parts seem to be of excellent quality very happy with the quick service and the quality of the item. I do like that you have two options to operate the winch. You have the wireless remote you have the wired remote. Be aware that you can only use one of these items at a time as they need to be wired directly to the contact, I missed that in the description.

The Stealth 4500lb winch couldn't do for even a month what a 3200ld Warren winch from Cabela's did for almost 5 years. I submitted a warranty request a week ago and still haven't gotten a response. I did not receive an email from the support team. They may have called. They emailed after this review was submitted and promptly approved the warranty and sent replacement parts. The faulty part has been replaced and the winch works great. We are very happy with the product and the support team.

We're sorry to hear you've experienced issues with your winch and understand your frustration. We did receive your warranty request on July 12 and responded on July 13 requesting some additional information so we could process your claim. To help get you back up and running as quickly as possible, we've also sent out a replacement solenoid. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.
