Arrived broken… this useless to me. A waste of money and time.
The container box (tool box) that contains the winch arrived broken. The left handle was snapped off completely.
I have images.
The idea of it being contained within a “tool box” was the main reason for the purchase. Now that idea is shot.
So, for this reason, I would / will not recommend this product.

it is really difficult to get a hold of someone when you have questions, also I just purchase a steel cable and the cable small wires are already tearing apart

You sent us the wrong replacement winch cable we have been trying to get a hold of somebody for the last week. I’ve left a couple messages, but not received a call back has been my worst experience with you guys so far.

I took down my 1-star review to give Warrior Winches a chance to fix their mistakes, but my experience has been disappointing. Despite weeks of emails and delays due to their customer service negligence, I'm still facing issues that negatively impact my business.
Initially, it took three emails and a week to get information on a replacement motor, which turned out to be the wrong fit due to a lack of guidance. Eventually, I received and installed the correct motor, only to discover the gearbox was fried on my two-and-a-half-year-old 20,000 lb winch. They recommended I purchase a stronger 25,000 lb winch, which I did for $3,000.
The new winch arrived damaged, with a smashed control box. I had to install it using parts from my old winch to avoid further delays, despite the risk. They agreed to replace it but required me to return it in the original packaging, which I no longer have, and the process would take weeks.
I can’t afford more downtime or the $6,000 outlay to buy another winch before the refund. After paying for a brand new winch, I shouldn't be facing these challenges. Warrior Winches needs to improve their customer service and quality control.
Update,
U haven't done anything so far to resolve my issue I had to repair this winch myself with an old control box so I can use it, and then again when you sent the new control box.
This is an extra expense on top of the winch price.

We are sorry to hear about your need to post a further review. We have worked very hard to resolve your issues and maintained communication throughout. Unfortunately, damage in transit is something we can not legislate for but have worked hard to rectify the issues in the shortest possible time.
We would not send out a replacement until we have received or at least know the courier has the damaged winch. Unfortunately that is our policy to protect the customer, the courier and staff.

So horrible I just took it off and put another on. You have zero customer service and are these ment to just throw in the scrap pile when they quit working. No shops to work on them. Harbor freight has better customer service

Regarding our products Warrior are proud to manufacture affordable high quality products but as with any product built for the outdoors they need to be serviced and maintained regularly.... apparently your product had been 'sitting for a few years' so may not have had the level of maintenance required. Lasted all of 30 seconds tried to pull around a 750 boulder and soon as it had tension on the line the unit quit and would not wind under any type of tension.
