Winch looks great
Winch looks great, good quality (I hope) have not use it yet. Only problem I had was the long black and red wires that run from the winch to the solenoid are too short. Had to buy longer wires to reach solenoid. Using winch in the bed UTV . Other than that installation when as planned.

Tracking
Website was good and easy to search products and find what I wanted. The 20,000 lbs winch I bought said it came with a wired remote. So I ordered a wireless to go with it. In the email they sent once shipped, they had a tracking number but no shipper information. And since it was not a major shipper I couldn’t figure out how to track it. Which was frustrating since I was waiting for the product to install and get a machine sent out. It did come in a fairly timely manner though. However when it came it did come with a wireless remote. So I now I have to pay to return the other one as I don’t need two. The product looks to be great and well built. And customer service has been helpful. But these mentioned things were rather frustrating.

Thanks for your review and we can only apologise for the inconvenience. We are looking into the mis-information on the remotes and also the tracking.......We will make sure you are not out of pocket this is our bad! We will refund you and no need to send the remote back...please keep it as a spare

I received my winch within a few days
I received my winch within a few days. The installation plate did not come on the da. They're representative Kate figured it out & I received it a couple days later. All good & easy deal with.

A few grommets on the bottom of the…
A few grommets on the bottom of the cover would be good insurance to keep from losing the cover

Website needs corrected info. It's a great buy one you see what you get
You really need to update your website. I would have bought sooner if I know what all came with the unit. Nothing about a wireless remote although the support said it did. I bought grr 2/0 wire and only to find out it comes with it. Instructions Ok butt could be better. Ex; took awhile to figure out how hook is supposed to go together. Also that I have to disassemble the roller plate too get the end of the cable through. Then what really updet mevis the freight. I'm 200 miles south of warehouse. Omni logic/ forward air couldn't tell me squat. Took a week too get product. Ups or FedEx next day. Also didn't realize it had a cable tender.
