Thank you for your reply, We do not stipulate how long the cable is due to the fact we dont know how big your vehicle is. 99% of customers have no issue with the battery cable length at 2m. We are looking into the customer service issues we are currently having in th US and are working on improving that area of our service. We apologise for this inconvenience that will be resolved soon
