Have not received product
Communication was bad, and you guys need to have someone answer your phone yet again. They claim to have phone issues but as of today July 11, 2024 no one answers. On July 1, 2024 I ordered a winch as you can see the order below. As of today still do not have a winch on my trailer. Seems as if they were quick to take my money but careless about a good freight company. Not sure what is going on but never seen it take 11 days to get a package from Euless, Texas to Arizona.
