Winch did not work out of the box
Winch did not work out of the box, did some checking found was not getting 12v to the motor through the contactor informed company of finding, requested a new contractor and now i am getting the run around poor poor customer service.

I can see exactly why you’re frustrated, and I apologize for the run-around. We’re using this as a lesson to make sure our "standard procedures" don't get in the way of common sense in the future. I know this is a little late, but the team have now organized a new solenoid for dispatch.

Website is not very user friendly and…
Website is not very user friendly and you can't get any help, trying to send 2 parts back that were ordered wrong and can't get any help, also never dealt with a company that doesn't have a phone number to actually have a conversation with a person.

Again disappointing
Again disappointing! This company sold me a $3000 winch . Arrived severely damaged . I payed a shop to put it back k together , then I asked them to pay for my time and shop bill. They offered 10% of the Purchase price that’s about $300 . Now about 18 months later when I need more parts for theyr winch I asked for parts in return of the 10% but they say it’s no longer valid. Just stay away can’t trust this product and it take 48 hours to get back to you. Even if you need to order the report you’ll be out for weeks. Your truck would be out for weeks out of business because of how slow do they move? They have no phone number to contact customer service and now I understand why.

Bought this remote with the hopes of it…
Bought this remote with the hopes of it replacing my Mile Marker 7076 on my winch for roll off dumpsters. Terrible experience with no avail. I used a voltage meter to test my leads and they were indeed hot, no luck getting this remote to connect despite using a meter, using every possible wiring combination, and extensively going over the manual and YouTube videos. Unfortunately took the loops off to wire quick connectors so I'm sure this will void return. Terrible product, stay away! No luck with this one, certain I received a lemon... I will stick to using my Mile Marker 7076

The 20k winch stopped working
The 20k winch stopped working, I would like someone to contact me about replacement, reimbursement options. The cable that comes with it from factory is not very good quality, I have not come close to pulling 20k max (15k) is all I have winches on my trailer and has flattened out the cable, motor has stopped working so I have replaced it with another brand . Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Poor Customer Service
Purchased a 18k hydraulic winch & 25k electric winch. Both being returned exclusively due to poor customer service. I will not do business with this company. Their completely unrelated reply is a good marketing attempt to make it look like something else. I get weekly shipments to this commercial location with simple appointments. Now they are holding my funds hostage for one winch Im returning & one I've never received. Be careful doing business with them.
