Warranty LifeReviews of warrantylife.com

I enjoyed completing the warranty registration for my phone protector. It was a very professional and thorough process and the humour used throughout the process was great, it made an other wise basic task funny and enjoyable !

My daughter accidentally cracked the screen to her phone, but we had bought the insurance on it through Warranty Life. To be honest I had little confidence in how the process would work but overall from beginning to end it could not have been easier or gone more smoothly for me. Once you submit your bid and begin working with them through the process is clearly defined, and they are pretty quick to answer questions. We did not have their recommended repair places near us so we just took the phone to the Apple store, got it fixed, and submitted the receipt and was reimbursed. Very easy. Take pictures before and after, and capture your IMEI in the pics and you're good to go. Would definitely recommend this service.

Warranty Life worked with me when the repair center (in no way connected to Warranty Life) took over two months to repair my generator. They were quick to pay for the repair after it was completed.

Excellent customer service! The response time and communication was great. The only downfall is that there was no approved repair place in my area so I had to pay up-front and get reimbursed through PayPal. Other than that, I am very pleased with the coverage I received.

My phone had a software issue outside of my control and it has been a month since I made a claim and I have still not received any compensation. I feel like I'm constantly chasing the company down via email to get anything done and for the most part responses have not been speedy. It would be really helpful if there was a phone number to contact to expedite the process or even if the company took a little more initiative over email to make sure claims were addressed faster. As a college student with all online classes due to the pandemic going a month without a phone has been very difficult as it would be for anyone. I am very unsatisfied with my experience with this company.

This company was phenomenal. I bought a used S9+ from a terrible company called Swappa (story for a different time) and decided to purchase the protection warranty for $50. Ended up dropping my phone at work the other day and filed a claim at about 2PM. I paid my deductible and selected my preferred fix location in the greater Indianapolis area. By 2 PM the next day my phone had been dropped off and repaired, in its entirety, and I picked it up without having to pay anything else out of pocket!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and their services. They were very communicative, professional, and detail oriented.

I would rate higher if I could! They were prompt, kind, and easy to work with. I had a special case where my Warranty registration didn't completely submit, essentially voiding the warranty. I didn't realize this until I went to submit a claim and was denied. I reached out, explaining the situation and included evidence to my claim (I was not asked to do this, but I figured it would help), and within just a couple of days I received a response saying that they would honor my claim under the circumstances and I could proceed with the repair. I had my phone repaired on a Friday evening, submitted the receipt late Friday night/early Saturday morning, and received my reimbursement for the repair in my bank account the following Wednesday afternoon!

It was super easy to apply basicly dummie proof would deffently recommend my son threw my phone off a bike and the only damage was on thw case very impressed
