Im an DP of 23 years and after so many years on the tools I now find it incredibly difficult to do my job without an accompanying dump pouch of some sort that contains my small quick grab items as time is generally against me when working at major events. For the past 22 years Ive used the same custom side bag that I designed made myself using my friends at Cactus (NZ). As you can imagine after that amount of time it finally blew out! Good innings though. I was recently in Tokyo filming for 60 days shooting the BBC Olympics and the Channel 4 Paralympic games. I went shopping in Yodabishi super store and tried every single bag that had which took a few hours…. And I couldn’t believe my luck when I came across the "Detour hip pack!!!” OH my gosh it changed the game for me. So fricken good. Not to big, the double strap feature so you can push it out of the way, the side handles etc.. I also purchased the inner inflatable camera cube which is bang on brilliant and a must have. It has become an asset that will be with me daily no matter how big or small the job.

Incredible, well thought out products. I bought the PRVKE 31 when it was on Kickstarter. This bag was absolutely perfect as a photographer, traveller, camper. Use it as a camera and laptop bag, or guy the cube out of it and use it for more everyday activities. I’d often take the cube out and go to the supermarket and PACK IT TO THE TOP with no issues. The build quality is exceptional and you just know this bag will last you for so many years. Their product range only grows from strength to strength, seeing where it could be better or different. Sometimes you don’t want a backpack if you’re just walking around your neighbourhood with a camera + change of lens, so I’ve recently bought the 6L sling which looks incredible. I can’t wait for that and my sling strap to arrive. Not only that but I also have the Carryall Duffel which is PERFECT to bridge that gap when the PRVKE 31 can’t carry everything you might need for several days away plus your camera kit. I am someone who has working as a lighting technician in the fashion and advertising world for 13+ years. I have encountered many different situations where you need many different bags and these folk just get it. They clearly shoot, travel, hike, bike and everything in between. Keep up the good work team!

Quickest, easiest and nicest customer service I ever encounter! They sent a replacement piece within a week, free of any cost and with a constant monitoring on weather I received it or not! Couldn’t have ask for a nicer solution.

Best camera bag company. I'm a user of the PRVKE 31 backpack for a couple of years now and absolutely love their product. Traveling a lot and using the bag daily resulted to a problem with the zipper. I sent them an email describing the issue and without any questions whatsoever I saw an email from them, saying an order has been confirmed with a brand new bag. I've never experienced this kind of customer support. Kudos guys.

To start off I went 3 years without any sort of “camera bag” for my camera and lenses. I finally decided that I was ready for a camera bag, and after extensive research on Reddit, YouTube, and through other photographer friends I decided to go with the Wandrd Pyvke. The process was nice and easy and when I got the Pyvke it was the most premium backpack I have ever held/used. I’ve been able to wear the bag all day, during long during hikes, photo shoots and have even been able to take it with me on planes, trains and boats in places all over the world. Wandrds bags and backpacks are literally on a different level compared to other companies today. If you don’t have one, you need one!

So my experience with WANDRD was excellent. The customer service from Kyle specifically was great. I feel he really took the time to go above and beyond. I first reached out to get an idea of shipping times, I needed the bag before I leave to go to the Faroe Islands this weekend. Kyle assured me that I would have my bag, tech pouch and toiletry bag before I left, even though they were very busy with orders. He even reached out to the warehouse to make sure it shipped out on time. There was a mix up and I got the wrong shipping numbers and my packages said that they were delivered but I didn't see them, when i looked at the tracking number the address was in California and I live in Washington DC. I went to email Kyle and he was already on top of it, I had an email from him with the correct tracking numbers and he apologized for the mix up. I got all my gear yesterday with 3 days to spare! I am very pleased with my purchases, all my camera gear fits so neatly into my bag, all the pockets are well thought out, and the build quality is fantastic. Thanks again Kyle!
