Experience with support: I originally ordered the PRVKE 21L (first edition) online from WANDRD. Due to some warehouse problems my order was not shipped out within the 4 day window that is usually expected. The support team was very responsive and transparent with me and promised to get the bag out to me as fast as possible. Because I was still a little nervous about receiving the bag before my departure on a trip, I went to a local shop to see if they happened to cary Wandrd backpacks. They had both the 21 L and 31 L in store. As soon as I saw the 21L I knew that it would be way too small for my needs. The side pocket would have been very tight for my full frame DSLR and I wouldn't have been able to cary all the gear + personal items that I usually cary for 3-4 day trips. 21L seems like a great bag for day trips for smaller cameras. I ended up buying the 31L in store and emailing the support team from WANDRD to cancel my online order. They were relatively quick to respond and despite receiving a confirmation of the bag being shipped the day of, they were able to stop the shipment as the bag was still in the warehouse. The bag: The 31L is perfect for a full-frame DSLR with 24-70mm zoom, battery chargers, Godox AD200 flash and an additional speed light. I'd have to remove a flash in order to bring another lens. 21 L side opening is very small and tight. I would not recommend this bag for anyone with a full frame DSLR. The magnets in the top handles are very weak. I will have to find a DIY solution to this issue because they just end up not staying together and flopping over. Would be great to have a few more pockets for small things like batteries and memory cards. I think maybe there are accessories you can buy for smaller storage but after paying so much for a bag, it would be nice to just have a few more storage options included. The overall quality is amazing. I'm confident that it won't fall apart despite heavy use. I'm a 5'4 woman and I don't find that the bag is too big for me. Feels very comfortable and the back is well padded. Thanks WANDRD for the great service and beautiful bag!

Wandrd team is really quick to response and also very understanding. I had ordered Blemished PRVKE 21L Bag only and was surprised to see no camera cube inside. They apologized that the website wasn't clear enough and told me they would make a discount for the camera cube if I order again and that's what they did. Lastly, I have yet to receive the camera cube but the bag itself is magnificent. It is built with so many details and smart ideas that I can't not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a styled camera bag. Also I ordered the wrist cable for my camera and the quality is great too, I feel that my camera is safe when I shoot now. There are quite a bit of bad reviews here but remember - everybody does mistakes and wandrd team is not exception, but when they do they try to correct them. In my case this wasn't even their fault but they still reached out to me. Remember: most of the time people who are happy with their products don't leave reviews. Absolutely love these bags! Whether it’s a day trip into the mountains or a week long trip to Thailand these bags always work amazing!! Love WANDRD!

I ordered the PRVKE 21L in black earlier this year to use as an EDC bag and couldn't be happier. This has been the most high-quality, durable bag that i've owned as is well worth the price. I was a bit skeptical at first since I am not a photographer, but my skepticism quickly disappeared once I started using it. I've used it as a travel bag, gym bag, commuter bag, and for many other things, and it seems that I always have space for what I need. It can handle whatever I throw at it.

As a traveling photographer I need a bad that I can rely on, and my wandrd bag is always there in the trenches with me! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the bag and the company!

I had ordered a product during a sale, but I had accidentally ordered it in the wrong color. To make sure I didn't miss the sale, I ordered the correct color and messaged customer support to try to cancel my first order before it shipped. Customer support was quick to respond with saying cancelling the order would be pretty difficult since they are also quick to ship. To help me, customer support refunded my first order and said to just keep the first order. Pretty awesome for the customer service to too that for me. Additionally, the other color I ordered was out of stock, but they still allowed people to pre-order the next drop with the sales price. The pre-order shipped just a few days later.

One of the best customer experiences ever received.. Ari was incredibly personable, knew her products and recommendations, and was just a joy to work with. Their bags are top quality and incredibly happy I chose the new PRVKE (perfect for a mix of office travels and hiking/gym storage). Probably the best bag I've ever owned. I didn't have any issues with customer support as a lot of people here. I was looking for a bag that would fit Sony A6400 with couple lenses and have some spare room for other things. Prvke bag had this special compartment for camera and easy access side pocket to get it out fast. Perfect bag for a casual photographer. I've had it for a year and you can hardly tell that it is used at all! Build quality seems great.
