There are several unauthorized sellers claiming to sell WANDRD gear, so make sure to only shop from authorized locations. We would love to get our bags for $20, want to share your contact for that price?

Hi Peter! We are so sorry for the delay in shipping, and as noted on the website our warehouse was closed for a week due to a move to a new facility. We did make this information avaible on both our website and in email correspondence with you and it looks like one of our Gearologists just sent you the tracking details. Cheers!

We do offer a lifetime Wander More Worry Less Warranty on all of our products, so you can simply reach out if your zipper or straps have failed on you for a replacement. We are learning, educating ourselves, and listening to people of color. Those who choose to follow our social media accounts will see how we can support people of color and make positive changes to the damages of racism in Western society; taking steps to correct the uncountable wrongs against them. We are not required to protect your own white fragility and privledge in the process.

Hello Mike! We are sorry for the extra 2 days to fulfill this order from our standard 2 business days. Due to COVID-19 our warehouse staff was drastically lessened to keep everyone safe and there were also delays from most carriers as well. Once an order is placed in the system it only has a few hours of time where we can cancel it, but if you are unhappy with the product, reach out to us and we can assist in a return. Cheers!
