I own the PRVKE and the FERNWEH and both have gone above my expectation with their reliability and customization to fit any situation I find myself in. from a daily driver to deep backcountry hiking, I know I can rely on my bag. First of all, I really love their products. My first purchase was the new 31L PRVKE but had to return it since it was too big for my use so had to exchange it to the 21L. The exchange process was long, wish it was faster took about a month before they shipped back the exchange. Really liked the bag, great quality. Bought the Duo shortly after and didn't disappoint. Wanted to buy the Roam sling too but I got too much bags now.

I've been looking for a backpack for a long time that not only looks cool, but can also be used in any situation. With my PRVKE 31L I got the perfect backpack. It doesn't matter whether it's a weekend trip or I want to stow away my camera equipment safely, the WANDRD PRVKE is the perfect all-rounder and on top of that it looks amazing! In addition to the ingenious product, the wandrd team is simply great! There were delivery problems, which is why I needed support and the customer service was super nice and helpful! It’s such a great company and I will definitely order something from you again! Just everything great!

This review is for the Wrist Strap. It is absolutely perfect if you have a DSLR. Effortless attachment to (and detachment from) the camera, comfortable loop around the wrist, and it virtually disappears as you shoot. It provides security while staying out of the way. It may be a bit too big, by a hair, for a camera like my X100V. When I have the camera in hand, and the strap around my wrist, it performs as advertised. I loved walking around and shooting with this; it added no noticable weight. But it did get in the way of the pocketability of the camera; pulling from and returning to the pocket was a little awkward. (Also, the X100V lugs are just small enough that the strap's loop can't fit through, you'll have to add the triangular split ring to get it to attach.) If you aren't as fussy as me, it is still a great thing to add to your X100V, because when in use, it functions exactly as you would want it to. And if you have a DSLR or a bridge camera (like my much-missed RX10 II), getting this should be a no-brainer. (Kudos as well to Wandrd's customer service. Quick to reply to questions I had before and after purchase, making it an all-around solid experience.)

TLDR: If you're looking for a great backpack and an even better company, WANDRD is hands down one of the best options you can choose. To preface this review, I want to explain where I come from as a consumer. I'm notoriously brutal on my gear since I wholeheartedly believe in getting every penny's worth out of something I have. My boots will be run until the soles are smooth and falling off, my coats will be patched a hundred times with my infamous red thread, and my vehicles have a lovingly written log of every repair I've done to them. With that in mind, backpacks take a certain level of importance for me. I have two bags I practically live out of, including the all-important everyday carry one. For nearly a decade, my last backpack was used nearly every day, rain or shine, and loaded to the brim with everything from construction equipment to climbing gear to project chemicals. It slid/fell down more climbing routes than I'll ever admit to, traveled more miles than most people will in their lifetimes, and went across the country several times. Unfortunately, this eventually wore my old friend out, leaving me desperate for a new bag. With this in mind, I ended up researching hundreds of bags for the better part of a month, looking for durability reviews, waterproofing, actual reviews, and trying to even talk to people who had purchased them. Eventually, I discovered WANDRD from a friend of mine who had purchased their original PRVK bag. She had nothing but great words, and I was very impressed when I got to see it in person. I went down the rabbit hole and found nothing but love and appreciation for these bags. But, of course, when your product has a higher approval rating percentage than most small country dictators, you're doing something very right or very wrong. (In this case, very, VERY right) The original bag is cleverly designed and a love letter to consumer-focused design. The materials are good (though the bag I got to play with was very used, so I'm sure they used to be a lot better). Then when I began thinking of buying the original, I found out that WANDRD didn't just stop at making a great bag; they improved it. They addressed the minor nuisances, upgraded sizes, added EVEN MORE functionality, and just did a quality of life improvement they didn't even need to. I was sold then. After a week of contemplating, I knew it was the right choice, further reinforced by the history and purpose of the company. I gladly spent my money, and I waited. Here's where we really see the true colors of the company. Unfortunately, my bag ended up being delayed (something about this worldwide pandemic messing with shipping?!), and WANDRD reached out to inform everyone about the delays. While disheartened, I opted to wait since I wanted to support them. Shortly after, I had some questions and doubts and reached out to their customer support. As we all know, customer support emails always seem to be like yelling into the wilderness, so I wasn't expecting much. However, I got a personally written email within 16 hours of my question (which I found out is unusually long unless you catch them on the weekend!). Kyle helped me with this round of questions, providing specs of exactly what I asked for, giving me solutions, and even going above and beyond to explain what the company has done to check their product. Additionally, he gave me more information about the product than I had even expected them to have! Unfortunately, more delays ended up happening, and eventually, I ended up just needing a bag ASAP. When an originally black bag has started turning red with repairs, and there isn't a single zipper left undamaged, and the leather of sections has ripped apart, you can't wait any longer. So again, I contacted the customer service email and got a response back in a couple of hours. I ended up working with two representatives -Sadie and Kyle again- who were both incredibly understanding. They ended up working with me to break apart my order so it could be shipped immediately. They even allowed me a discount more fantastic than the original sale price as a sorry/thank you/just being amazing gesture. I can't stress enough how impressed I am by WANDRD. The bags seem to be of excellent quality and clearly lovingly designed, and most importantly, the customer service is legendary for a small company. They put the majority of larger companies to absolute shame. 11/10 would recommend, and I will gladly support and promote WANDRD. Buy from them; you won't regret it! -Sever G.

I've never seen a more well-thought-out travel/camera backpack. This thing is going to hold up for many years to come. Not only that, but their customer service has been fantastic. After I made a mistake with my order, their team responded quickly and made it very easy to exchange. I felt that the guy on the other end genuinely cared. THIS is how you get loyal customers.

This is my first purchase from WANDRD and hopefully, far from my last. The Large Toiletry Bag holds all the items I could possibly want for a short-medium length trip and possibly more! Fabric, zippers, organization and style are all top-notch and this bag is built to last a long time. Thank you, WANDRD !
