We have been huge fans of Wandrd for years. Both my husband and I, but also other family members have the PRVKE backpack and use it for travel, work, photography, or to carry all of my toddler's things. The backpack is so functional, sturdy, high quality, and beautiful in its design. Just recently, I was in touch with their customer support and Kyle was quick in his reply, very friendly, and most of all helpful. The issue got solved the very same day. This kind of customer support is just exceptional. Thank you so much and I am certain this was not the last item I ordered from Wandrd.

I finally found it, the best all in one fashionable, practical and high quality camera bag! After years of trying out different travel camera bags, I recently bought the Hexad Access 45L Duffle bag and if you are like me and travel a lot with a bunch of video gear, this bag is the best option in the market to keep a stylish-modern look while carrying all your travel needs… Not only you will be able to safely store all your gear, but also there is plenty space for your clothes, shoes, laundry pocket and many other gadgets… The bag is also quite practical in terms of setting ups different configurations for storing your travel needs, so there is quite a lot of room to separately store your stuff. All in all the most practical and good looking camera bag if you travel a lot and need versatility, comfort, and a good modern looking.

I looked for a very long time (11 months) for a bag that would work for my wants/needs. I travel for work 12-15 times a year domestically and internationally and wanted to find something that would go from the office, out around town, and everywhere in between (airports/public transit) and found this bag and finally pulled the trigger once it was off back order and after debating what color to get.. So far it’s great! Still trying to come up with the perfect load out and configuration to be as efficient as possible but so still would recommend this bag hands down!!

Theses guys are the real deal. Be it service or products. I’ve been a WANDRD customer from the beginning and they’ve only gotten better over time. I’m always excited to see what they bring out. I’m loving my DUO, my PRVKE, HEXAD, and my new ROAM. I have more products and would easily recommend them all to anyone looking for functional and stylish bags. Thanks guys.

This is an updated review on WANDRD. After leaving a neutral review (3 stars) on Trustpilot a couple weeks ago, WANDRD reached out to me directly to address my concerns. And then, they went above an beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Here's the story: I bought a brand new WANDRD PRVKE 31L. The wait to get the bag took just over a month. I knew this when I made the purchase, and supply chain being what it is... what can you do? I don't knock them there. I had two complaints with WANDRD. The first is that the specifications of the bag did not match reality. The 31L bag, on their website, claims to be 12 inches wide. In reality, it's easily over 13 inches. Maybe it's because I had the camera cube in it, but there is nothing that specifies that the cube adds an inch or more, if this is indeed the case. This was frustrating as I relied heavily on the published specs in making my decision. In the end, I decided to return the bag in exchange for the the 21L. This leads to my second complaint-- return shipping. I was shocked when I found out the cost to ship the bag back was $44 from UPS. WANDRD has since informed me that they are revamping their return process, and given the circumstances, they offered to provide a return label as well as a 10% discount on the smaller bag. This is more than I was expecting from leaving a neutral review on Trustpilot. In retrospect, I should have reached out to their customer service directly prior to writing my review. In summary, the bags are great. They are very well built. I had put the PRVKE up against the Freeline bag from Lowepro and the PRVKE was the clear winner. On top of that, you can't beat a lifetime warranty. I still think the PRVKE product dimensions on the website may be a bit misleading when a camera cube is involved. However, the direct contact I received from WANDRD support was enough to change my mind and bump my review of WANDRD to 5 stars!

Despite the 8 months of wait, I have finally received the Roam Sling 6L and could not be happier. The quality is amazing and all the little thought process that the WANDRD team have implemented to improving the accessibility, ease of use, and aesthetics is just amazing. From all the bags I have owned in the past, WANDRD is honestly in a different level in terms of innovation and really does affect the way I use the bag from day to day basis. Great job to the team, this surely will not be my first and last purchase!

I bought the wrong style of backpack and needed it refunded. Kyle refunded the purchase for me. There was a little confusion on my end and Kyle assisted me and gave me a detailed explanation as to what happened. He was very personable and kind. By far the best customer experience I’ve ever had.
