WANDRDReviews of wandrd.com

I work in customer service and always try to help people out in when I get the opportunity to. I inquired to the regular support line and got back a representative that was genuine and wanting to help with my issue! Thank you to Kyle for your help, and the rest of the team. You guys made me a fan as a first customer

The only photography backpacks I own and I own 3. I use one nearly everyday. Love their product!

This bag lays the pipe. I've used it to backpack across Europe. I use it when I rock climb. It's perfect to keep my camera safe and still manage all my personal items. 10/10 recommend this bag for all categories; value, durability, function, etc You can also take out the camera section and turn it into just a bag.

Amazing customer experience After a long benchmark I opted for the all new Prvke 21L. It is, as I tought, an amazing bag. However I lost the chest straps after fews days of use (from my understanding it happens quite a lot and it is indeed unfortunate). I was really annoyed not to say more and try to find if it was possible to buy it anywhere separately: it wasn't. I wrote an email to the customer service and I was amazingly suprised by the quick and nice answer, Kyle sent me another strap, free of charge (I only had to pay for the transport). Excellent suprise. Thanks again, and hope you'll fix the only issue I found on your bag on the next version.

I bought Wandrd PRVKE 21L Photography Bundle in 3rd Mar 2019 at 1:11PM EST. How do I remember it? Well, thanks to Kyle to help me on the Lifetime Warranty journey. After using for more than 3 years, chain on the side camera access point stopped working. I reached out to the customer service via email and they asked me to fill a warranty claim on their website. Now, when I went there I did not have the order number handy. Who does? So, I checked my gmail to and went all the way to 2018 and could not find that email. I lost hope that I would not be able to fix my camera bag. I explained this situation to Kyle and with some additional info he was able to pull up the exact details on his end. And that's how I know 1:11PM EST. I filed the claim and was expecting a response in 3-4 weeks to send my bag for a repair. But guess what? In less than 48hrs, Kyle was able to not only help me file a claim but to approve it and ship a brand new replacement. Working for one of the earth's most customer centric company, I still found Wandrd's (Kyle's tbh) approach towards customer service top-notch. I was a happy customer, and this experience just made me a loyal one as well. Anyone reading this, trust me when I say, if you give Wandrd a try you are just going to love it more!!

I have the HEXAD backpack/duffel and tour the world with it. The ability to have numerous points of access, the ability to lie it flat, as well as its modular capabilities with different strap and handle solutions, provide the solution I was needing for a robust travel companion. The customer support is also quick and personable, making me trust the bag will last into the distant future.

I had purchased the PRVK 31L in 2019. One of the driving reasons for making the purchase was the excellent design and the lifetime warranty. A little over a month ago, one of the zippers failed in a very unexpected manner. WANDRD has a fantastic system for registering claims online. However, 4 weeks down the line I still hadn't heard from them. So, I chose to reach out to them over different media - the Facebook groups and an email to customer support. It took them under 12 hours from when I made this second attempt to have my claim resolved and within a matter of days a replacement was sent across. WANDRD has been humble enough to accept where their system was weak and explain the reason for this delay. And yes, they do not find it acceptable. They state that currently the claim process is still very manual. They are a family business with a team of 13 which explains the delay in processing the claim. They are aware of this weakness, and open about it to their customers. That is a good sign. They also state that they are working on ways to speed up the processing of claims. The honesty and forthcoming attitude, is enough for me to shop with them again and recommend them to others.

Fantastic customer service from Kyle at Wandrd. I lost the chest strap and wrote to them to see if I could purchase a replacement. No charge said Kyle just pay for the postage. There was a slight issue with the order not being process in the warehouse and Kyle was onto it as soon as I emailed him. Then when it arrived it was the wrong one, but it was my fault I had told him I had the Prvke 21 Original bag but in fact I had the all new Prvke 21 and the strap was different. Kyle arranged for the correct strap to be sent and didn't ask for me to pay the postage. Love the bag it is so comfortable even when packed full and love the customer service. Will definitely be using Wandrd again.
