WANDRDReviews of wandrd.com

A great company with amazing products and amazing customer service. Thank you Sadie, Bruno and the whole team. Very friendly, very helpful. I used the Prvke 21 v2 for three years as my every day camera and laptop bag and loved it. After one zipper on top broke, I got a replacement bag very quick. Unbelievable. But don't think the products break easily. The rest of the bag is still in excellent condition and all materials are top notch quality. Consider it was a YKK waterproof zipper that broke. The warranty process was very easy and more than freindly. Got an immediate reply to my email and a link to the warranty to fill out and just some days later the message that a new bag is on the way. How incredible is this? Again many thanks to the amazing team of Wandrd.

I have the 2nd generation Provoke 21L, it's been my go to. Have nothing but great things to say about its practical design, which just happens to have a great aesthetic form factor. I use it for work, overnight trips, day trips with the kids. The same positive feedback goes with the Wandrd team, finally ran into an unexpected bump with the product and was able to run it through warranty 2 years later without any question. They were responsive and quick to get me back out in the field with a replacement.

I asked for a replacement bag for my damaged prvke bag 21 and was covered really quickly. Such an awesome customer service and top products. Highly recommend to anyone!

I recently had an issue with my WANDRD PRVKE 21L where the velcro from the dividers damaged the pockets on the laptop holder. This was annoying as I'd only had the bag for a little while, so I reached out to WANDRD's customer support to see if anything could be done about it. I spoke with someone from the company called Kyle and let me tell you, he will definitely take care of your concerns efficiently and quickly! I sent a message through the website and within 15 minutes I received a reply. He offered a couple of solutions and also told me that I would be reimbursed for my troubles. That is amazing customer service and is what turned me from a curious customer to (hopefully) a customer for life. I cannot wait to get my hands on other WANDRD products as from watching reviews, they are all highly rated and I am super happy with my PRVKE!

I took my new WANDRD PRVKE 41 with deep camera cube and tech bag bundle to keep various parts organized. I have had the PRVKE 31 for several years and taken it on many trips. For this trip I needed to take more equipment and needed the deeper space. The new padding and hidden pocket were is also great.

I had a minor issue placing an order, and reached out via their chat/email channel. The representative was able to quickly and fully solve my problem. I placed my order that day! I’m excited to receive my bag and accessories this week, and feel confident in my purchase knowing that this company values their customers

Top notch gear and customer service!

Sadie and her team at Wandrd were the best customer support experience I've ever had. I lost a strap on my Hexad and they sent replacement, My fanny got damaged and still in warranty and they sent me a new one. Fast reply prompt delivery, will always buy bags or whatever they make. other than supports, their gears are top notch, I own a Hexad, a D1 Fanny, a duo day pack and many more straps. Getting a ROAM sling when they are available waiting for more of their future product. keep it up WANDRD
