WANDRDReviews of wandrd.com

I am an enthusiastic photographer and regularly use many WANDRD products (e.g. PRVKE 31L, Roam 9L, a couple of Tech bags, DETOUR). I also used one of their FERNWEH backpacks during my recent Kilimanjaro hike. I've owned and used a lot of other products in the market as well. I can say, with a high degree of confidence, that the level of functionality and comfort that you can get from Wandrd products are unmatched. The company's support staff are also very helpful.

I bought a FERNWEH backpack last year, very satisfied about the bag, recently I lost a chest strap adjustment, I reached them and they sent me one for free really quickly !

My wife and I bought 2 different bag packs. We bought the PRVKE and the DUO DAYPACK. I travel a lot and I have been using the DUO DAYPACK the most. The accessibility to all the pockets is great. The passport pocket is great to keep your documents hidden and secure. The practicality to slide the bag pack into the handle of your roller bag is so convenient. The PRVKE was amazing in keeping everything dry! We traveled to Ecuador and visited Mindo which is a Rain Forest. It rained a lot while we hiked. It was nice to have dry clothes and camera after a long day of hiking. The customer service was great. They took care of us and answer every question we had. I strongly recommend this product to anyone regardless of being a photographer or not.

I bought a Wandrd „All-New PRVKE“ about 5 months ago and so far I’m more than happy with my purchase. Functionality and quality are worth the price in my opinion. The looks of the backpack could still be improved I think, though I wasn’t able to find a better looking one, so maybe this is as good as it gets without loosing functionality. I was a bit sceptical at first because I saw many „influencers“ use camera bags from Wandrd which could potentially mean that more money was spent on marketing than on actual product design and quality which thankfully I found not to be the case here. The customer support is outstanding as well

My bag was damaged and they've replaced it with a brand new with any discussion

I bought my Wandrd bag because of the reviews, and when I got it I didn’t bother to gain all the knowledge I needed to use it. I wrote a fairly negative review because of this. Now, after actually looking on how to use the bag, I find I really like it. The cubes now make sense, and I love all the little storage areas. My first review was wrong, and I can’t edit or remove it. I feel bad about that, but I hope this one will help redeem myself. Thank you for the work and thought into designing a bag with such a wide array of options. It’s truly lovely.

Camera bags have always been a bit of a difficult topic for me as they are usually quite expensive and also very difficult to fit your needs sometimes. My profession brings me outdoors in rough environments quite a lot of times so I was in dire need of a solution for my camera and personal gear that would not only be functional but also durable. After looking around for quite some time I stumbled across the Hexad Access Duffel Backpack which looked promising to me as I wanted to have a backpack that would give me the opportunity to pack clothing as well as equipment to use during week-long trips. It has been part of my gear for about 8 months now and I really have to say that I would not want to miss it! After bringing it with me on multiple productions around the world where it had to endure heavy rain, mud, and other rough terrains it still works great and I use it on a regular basis. I now recently felt the need for an additional more compact solution to getting my camera as well as some lenses with me without having to bring a big backpack. The Hexad Access Duffel while being great, became too big to take with me on day tours for some projects. So I recently went ahead and got the Roam Sling 9L version as well to be able to leave my Hexad in the hotel room and still have a safe transport solution for to go. I now brought it with me on its first production (Erzbergrodeo) where it had to endure extensive amounts of dust and mud (more or less a battle test i would say) and I can also confirm that for now it works great. I was able to fit my camera with a tele, kit and even a wide angle lens. As well as lens cleaning supplies replacement batteries and a water bottle. For me it became the perfect solution for bringing just my camera gear and some additional small stuff. Its comfortable to wear and spacious enough to fit all of the stuff I need. One thing I also want to point out is the extremely nice customer support. When purchasing the Sling I had small troubles with delivery and they really went far and beyond sorting me out, accommodating me as well as checking in multiple times to make sure I got my bag in time for this production. I really appreciate that and it makes me feel reassured knowing that whenever some troubles may occur further down the line with the bags being used more I know there is a dedicated support team to reach out to. Thanks a lot Wandrd and keep up the great work!

Wandrd is a brand like no other. Each time I have a question they help me out greatly! When filing a warranty claim their support was super helpful as well. I'm a proud Wandrd customer for over 4 years already and it might be 40 years more!
