WANDRDReviews of wandrd.com

I am a 5'1", 110lb female, and exactly zero camera bags fit my frame. Until now. I ordered the PRVKE LITE camera bag, and it has been my daily camera bag ever since. Its practical, durable, and customizable. If you're a smaller frame person, I can absolutely vouch for this bag! I hadn't needed customer service, until this week. I reached out regarding a replacement chest strap. They quickly responded, fixed my issue, were kind and absolutely wonderful. I am blown away by their customer service and their products. Highly recommend!

My experience with the WANDRD company's customer service team thus far has been great. I purchased their D1 fanny pack for the regular price and it went on sale a couple days later. I asked their customer service if they could reimburse the price difference and within 1 day got a positive response! The WANDRD fanny pack thus far has been great for the first week I have been using it.

Great Company with well thought products and outstanding design. Love it. Customer Services is 5* as well.

Wandrd products and customer service are amazing. They stand behind their bags and truly care about their customer experience. I have the original Prvke 21L and camera cube, both being excellent for everyday and travel. I also recently picked up a Hexad Access Duffel for longer trips and you can tell how much thought is put into the design. When it comes to customer service, the Wandrd team is always willing to help, answer questions or offer advice, and you can tell they're excited about their offerings. They responded to questions promptly (less than 24 hours, and often within the same work day) and even offered their own personal use cases when it came to sizing questions. I'd highly recommend trying out their products and reaching out to their team if you have any questions.

Top quality gear and great customer service. I ordered a tech bag at full price and they went on sale two days later. Reached out and their team was willing to price match the sale. so cool

Thank you Wandrd team! I bought a duo backpack just before the sales at full price and the team kindly price-matched and gave me a refund of the sales amount. Excellent products too and this is my 3rd bag with them!

I really like the company so far. The wandrd prvke 31L is very high quality and I very much appreciate the lifetime warranty, it gives me great confidence that they stand behind their gear. I recently reached out for a price adjustment on a lens case I had purchased which went on sale, and they happily accommodated.

Customer service was quick to respond and resolve my questions--feel like the product is exactly as promised and look forward to using it as long as I possibly can!
