Awesome service I got at Wandrd.com. I got this 31L ALL-NEW PRVKE bag just a couple of months, but I lost the sternum strap when I was on holiday in Mozambique. So I e-mailed them this evening and seriously I got a reply within 2 minutes, 2 minutes! I never expected this, especially not in these times. They told me that they will send me a new strap for free! I could not believe my eyes, I am really happy with the bag, if it's fully loaded you need the sternum strap. It's perfect for all kinds of travel, it's my main luggage where ever I go, suitable as checked in cabin baggage and my everyday laptop bag, even my Jiu Jitsu Gi fits well! Mostly people leave a review when they experience something bad but I think Wandrd is doing pretty freaking good!

My Fernweh bag lost the sternum strap (which happens, especially when it gets put to so much use) and the team at Wandrd didn't bat an eye at sending me a replacement. As someone who makes their living shooting, its good to know that the company I trust to carry all my kit, is also a company that stands by their products and takes care of their customers.

The PRVKE Lite does not disappoint! This is my first but not last Wandrd bag. It’s the perfect size for everyday and light travel. Very well thought out sleek design. Recently went on vacay with my fam and the bag doubled as a diaper bag due to the extra space up top, which is accessible from both the rolltop and clamshell. In addition, my experience with customer support has been great! My questions were answered in a timely manner. Can’t wait to see what they come up with next!

Wandrd is my go-to for my photography travel gear. I have several bags from them: PRVKE, Collapsible Lens Case, Route Pack, and my all-time favorite, Veer Packable Backpack. And I travel with all of them all over the world! They’re durable and comfortable necessities for me! Just as their use-ability and construction is top-notch, so is their customer service! I’ve had general questions in the past and I got a real response from a real human who actually knows the product. Thank you Wandrd team for creating awesome products AND backing them up with your awesome service!
