The bags are amazing, but I would not recommend buying them from their own website. Their delivery experience to the UK has become nothing short of disastrous. No updates at first and when you do get an update you are told the wrong company is going to deliver your item so your tracking number comes up as invalid (told DPD but in reality it is Fedex) When you contact them they give you the Brexit excuse, but I have not had issues like this with any other company I have used since Brexit. Oh and by the way I still haven't had my bag delivered 5 days after it was due to be.

i have order a PVK order that showed to be in stock as well a photography essential bag showing that it will ship today. i have send an email to then but still no response or information from the order, i order straps that show are shipping but the backpak that i have ordered first and the straps are for has no information of been delivered.

I ordered a prvke lite a month and a half ago. The item was out of stock so I waited patiently. Finally, I got an email saying my item was delivered. But, when I checked the address where the item was delivered using FedEx tracking number, it shows Stillwater, Minnesota whereas I live in Texas. I am fully confident that I had my address right when I placed the order. After waiting for a month and a half, I don't have the bag. Highly disappointed. I have no idea when I will get back on this from Wandrd team. This is carelessness at its peak! The bag might be worthy of purchase but not with this hassle.

Avoid buying from this company! I bought a HEXAD Carryall Duffel Backpack from their website two weeks ago. They took the money and I have heard nothing from them since then. I have written them an email to ask what is up and still no answer. Just find another bag, not worth it to risk losing your money...

Couldn't be more disappointed. The reviews on here of ordering and never hearing from them again are true. The website said the bag I ordered was in stock. I emailed them to confirm and got a reply right away that the bag was in fact in stock and ready to ship if ordered. Great customer service so far. I ordered the bag and then nothing. I put in a cancel request and nothing. I've emailed for 4 straight days now to find out what is going on and no response. I have been charged for the bag but have no idea if it has shipped, been canceled or what is going on. They have no phone number for a reason. They will more than likely respond to this review as they do to most on here that they are "super busy and backed up" as if that is an excuse to not respond to your paying customers. Ask questions and they will answer. Spend money with them and they disappear. Inexcusable.

BEWARE! On their website there is misleading information - 'We charge a 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) on all orders shipped to the European Union.' They are charging EU VAT even if they ship to a non EU country - UK. I was trying to contact customer service but they have not responded to my enquiry. If you order from their website you will end up paying VAT twice. Avoid this company.

horrendous customer service. i ordered a bag from them 5 days ago i never recieved any confirmation but was charged 374 dollars. I emailed them 4 diff times not one response yet. no shipping info... dont even know if they know that i bought a bag thats how horrible there customer service is. called a customer service number said it was ryan. one of the owners. he never answers his phone nor does he call back. at this point i give up ill have to file a dispute with paypal and get my money back and get a peak design or something i should of bought in the first place. DO NOT buy from these guys they take your money and never respond! what a scam ***edit they just responded to this review but have yet to contact me personally or yet to tell me whats going on*** what a joke!

I used the 31 L PRVKE for less than a year and the left shoulder strap have a tear inside of it where it connects to the top of the bag. This makes the strap stretchy while the other strap is stable and while wandering around the pack is squeaking and does not sit vertical on your back. I have filed this issue to Wandrd for over a week ago but haven't got any reply or even a confirmation email. So this was a waste of over 300 dollars. Next pack I get will be from peak design or lowepro.
