I purchased a sling 6L a few weeks ago and am loving it so far. The size is great for everyday carry and the bag offer enough organization compartments. A few days ago, I was browsing their website for other accessories and noticed a sale on the same sling I purchased so I reached out and asked if they would match the price. Shortly after, I received an email from Kyle confirming they had refunded the difference even though my purchase was a few weeks prior to the sale. Great products and even better customer service!

Ordered the All New PRVKE 41L on the 20th and received it very quickly on the 25th. The bag has a lot of pockets and has a lot of space. I also really like that it’s possible to separate stuff in the bag itself. Love the bag! Saw that they had a Black Friday sale today, so I emailed them to ask even though I got the bag 2 weeks earlier, if I can still use the discount. Few hours later I received an email from Kyle that they have refunded me for the difference. Amazing customer service!

Recently purchase I recently purchased their newest backpack. Upon receiving the package, I realized one of the accessories was missing. I emailed their customer support and they got back to me within hours and had already sent out the missing items before I even got a chance to reply to the email. I would say this is top-notch text book customer service.

I ordered a camera bag and a laptop case but unfortunately my laptop bag didn’t fit the way I needed to. I reached out for info about returns and got a response immediately. In doing so, I also realized the bag I just bought was now on sale. I inquired about getting a price match and it was immediately granted. Thankful for the quick responses and kind service.
