After three years the zipper stopped working correctly on my backpack but the team over at Wandrd found a solution straight away and replaced the product. A really strong guarantee and will definitely buy more products from this brand. For me it means a lot to buy stuff from companies that stands for great quality and to help out their customers. That’s a good long term strategy.

I have used WANDRD's products since they launched the PRVKE 21L in Kickstarter. I have additionally bought the Duo Dayback, Hexad, Sling, Laptop case, Tech Bags. I love how they look, their quality and the materials. I recently had to use their lifetime warranty program because one of the straps on the original PRVKE broke, after 6 years of use. They really do stand for their lifetime warranty claim - I got a new PRVKE backpack! I highly recommend their products and so far their support team has been superb.

Great customer service, I ordered a pack from them and they had a sale a couple weeks later. They gave me a refund within a day. Highly recommend!

I bought a DUO Dayback 3 years ago. It accompanies me almost every day. Either on photo shoots, trips or in everyday life at university. I love the backpack and the quality and functions are just great. In the meantime, I have also bought accessories such as a camera strap, accessory straps and the travel diary. I love these products too. After 3 years of hard daily use, the material of the backpack has now given way in two places. However, the support was super nice and competent and quickly offered me a replacement in the form of the Lifetime Warranty. I am thrilled!

I work as a freelance photographer and videographer and purchased a PRVKE bag almost 7 years ago. For those 7 years that bag went with me all over the US, Europe and South America. The zippers finally failed me but they were true to their warranty and are replacing it with their new generation. I am very excited to be an owner of this pack and feel cared for as a customer after nearly 7 years of use. This kind of customer care and quality products are hard to come by so I will advocate whenever I can for this company.

The main compartment zipper of my Wandrd Prvke 21 eventually broke, almost 5 years after the purchase, during an airport control coming back from US. All of a sudden, that otherwise fantastic bag became completely unusable. I immediately filled-in the on-line form for the warranty claim. Despite the Wandrd disclaimer of a 2-3 weeks time for getting an answer, it only took a couple of days to get an email from Kyle (customer support) who helped me through the entire claim process. No more than 24hours later I received a voucher valid for purchasing the same bag again on Wandrd website (actually a voucher for the value of the new, upgraded model!). Honestly, one cannot ask for more. Superbe customer service!

They really mean lifetime warranty! I bought a bag three years ago and it has been great. I've used it every single day. The zippers on the side pouch finally gave out, and they provided me with a full replacement.

J'adore mon sac, je l'utilise pour mes virées en voyage et mon matériel est bien maintenu (et les petites poches secrètes sont top). J'ai eu un problème sur une couture et le SAV (Warranty) a été efficace et rapide. Super
