I purchased my first WANDRD bag 3 years ago. 10+ countries, 2 additional bags and several accessories later, I finally had an accessory strap break. It took less than 24 hours for their customer service to replace my accessory straps at no cost except shipping. With bags these modular and well built, having their warrantee is usually a non-issue, but if it becomes one, they take care of you like your opinion personally matters to them. Because I suspect it does.

WANDRD was great and kind in every way. To address my issue they offered me options that both held substantial value and made it easier for me to resolve the issue. Kind in every way, but I think what we love most about them is they're people who make bags to carry the things they love.

Great bags and great customer service. This company is nothing but class

The bags are freaking awesome - my PRVKE 31 litre is my office. Such great detailing. So rugged. It's been around Asia with me, but it's also perfect Whether I am taking all my kit to lectur at Uni, or hiking in the backcountry to the many beautiful places in which I fail to catch fish (but do manage the occasionally good photograph). Mine has been with me for 5 years now, and looks as good as new. Service is almost better than the bags. Incredibly responsive service. Just brilliant.

Découvert il y’a 3 ans le PRVKE a vraiment fait ses preuves en m’accompagnant partout, sous la pluie la neige, pendant des tempêtes, en montagne et aussi tous les jours pour le taf. La grosse différence si vous achetez un sac de la marque Wandrd c’est que vous aurez l’assurance d’avoir un sac garanti à vie, suite à un problème de zip le sac à été remplacé très rapidement. En 7 jours j’ai reçu le nouveau, encore merci à Kyle pour la rapidité de la prise en charge.

Excellent products that simply make you fall in love. I can really feel how the founders and teams created a product that they really really love, because they build it for themselves. This same excellence is visible at any other touchpoint with Wandrd. Especially the service experience is fantastic. I bought my first product in 2018. Now (and even the best quality might break) a zipper broke. With the life time warranty it was easy to file a claim and I got an immediate response from the service team. Even my follow up questions where answered on the same day within a couple of minutes. And the team even went above and beyond to solve my challenging issue so that I can start my next longer trip (soon) with my beloved Wandrd equipment. Thank you for a great product and a great customer experience.

Very good experience with them. I've ordered the provk 21L and soon after did contact them to check how long should it take to receive the bag. The customer service was very good with prompt replies and I've received the bag just as they said. The bag is great. Both comfortable and practical. I'm not a photographer, nethertheless, I use this backpack daily to go to work with Ipad pro, some revues, a big computer mouse and my Sony XM4 headphone, plus thew other small things I need to have with me and I still have plenty of room for some sport clothes or shoes. I use it also when I have small trips for a couple of days somewhere. It is just big enought. All in all, I think the bag is brilliant and the company seems very serious. I would definitely recommend them to my friends if they want to by a nice looking and very convenient bag.
