I've loved the bag throughout my usage over the past 4 years. When something finally went wrong after using it through 10+ countries, 2 moves, COVID, hundreds of flights, and more, Wandrd took care of it in an easy and efficient manner. If you're on the fence about buying any Wandrd gear, pull the trigger - you won't be disappointed!

I was on board from the start(original prvke). Wandrd seemed to understand what I need in daily work routines from a bagpack. After years something broke and the support was right there to help - no further questions asked. Awesome quality, awesome support. Today everyone in our office got at least one wandrd! I have been using Wandrd and its products exclusively since 2019. I own a few Prvke line bags and a Hedax duffle bag, they have been great over the past years with no issue. I recently had one of the zipper tracks fail on my 31 L Gobi Tan bag (it came away from the lining of the bag) and I contacted Wandrd warranty support and submitted a claim with proof and pictures. They email me back right away with a refund for a new 31 L bag. Their support was excellent! I would highly recommend their products and their support is fantastic!

I've travelled to 13 countries with my Original PRVKE 31 and it never let me down. Its incredibly versatile and tough. When my zippers broke yesterday right before an upcoming trip they responded quickly and gave me a replacement. They truly mean it when they say lifetime warranty. Great products. Incredible customer service.

i bought in 2018 prvke 21 bag last week i sent guaranty claims due to zip failure. few hours after i received code for new prvke 21 to order on line shop with zero charge. bag received 3 days . lifetime guaranty is effective for Wandrd and i recommand this familial company for commitment and services
