Product and Services (including warranty) I bough PRVK backpack two years ago. It's a very convenient bag for both photography and casual use. Also, worth mentioning company's support. I've submitted a warranty claim and got answer in 8 hours that my item will be replaced. To be honest, I was sceptical about lifetime warranty, but I'm happy that Wandrd has changed my mind. I ordered a new item and moreover bough more products. In particular tech bag and packaging cubes.

I got my PRVKE 21L in 2021 and have fallen in love with it ever since. It has been keeping my gear safe and secure while traveling, shooting, and using it daily. Unfortunately, after having gotten under a rain, I noticed that there is an issue with the zipper, detaching from the material it was holding onto. I read through the Warranty FAQ and contacted the support center to find a solution to the issue. Within less than 20 minutes one of the WANDRD team members reached out to me, providing all the necessary information and advising me to fill out the warranty claim form. Filled it all out, describing the issue, and submitted it. After 10 minutes I received an email, confirming that my claim falls under the warranty and therefore, my backpack can be easily replaced. I have just ordered my new PRVKE 21L and can't wait for it to be delivered. The whole customer support communication was so quick, polite, and simply on point. WANDRD has proven once again to be a great company not only by standing by its words for the product quality, mission, and warranty service but also by providing such a great experience and care in situations when customers need the support the most. I am absolutely speechless by the level of professionalism the WANDRD Team has shown today and not only. Thank you very much!

Ich bin ein Rucksack Fan und fotografiere in meiner Freizeit und im Urlaub. Deswegen habe ich im Laufe der letzen Jahre mehrere WANDRD Produkte gekauft: PRVKE, DUO Daypack, HEXAD Duffle, D1 Fanny Pack etc. - mit Kamera Cubes und auch als Alltagsrucksack. Die Qualität der Produkte ist dem Preis entsprechend sehr gut. Allerdings hatte ich nach 4 Jahren bei meinem DUO Daypack und meinem ebenfalls 4 Jahre alten D1 Fanny Pack Probleme mit der wasserdichten Beschichtung der beiden Produkte. Die Beschichtung löste sich nach und nach auf und es blieben davon schwarze Flocken übrig :( Die Produkte funktionierten noch einwandfrei, aber ob es wirklich bei heftigem Regen noch wasserfest wäre, war fraglich. Außerdem sah es nach einer Weile nicht mehr vernünftig aus. Auf Nachfrage im November 2022 gab der Support mir dann die Information, dass ich noch etwas Geduld haben müsste, das Thema ist bekannt und es gäbe bald eine neue Version mit anderem Material, aber die waren im November 2022 noch nicht verfügbar. Im April 2023 dann ein neuer Anlauf mit dem Support. WANDRD schickte mir für beide Produkte nach Einsendung von Kaufbeleg und Produktfotos der betroffenen Produkte jeweils einen Rabatt Code, mit dem ich auf der Website im Shop die beiden Produkte kostenlos erneut bestellen konnte. Wow. 4 Jahre nach Kauf 100% Garantie - neues Produkt im Austausch - nur die Versandkosten von 9,99 EUR je Produkt musste ich bezahlen. Mehr kann man als Kunde nicht erwarten, finde ich. Wenige Tage später kamen beide Ersatzprodukte bei mir an. PS: Eine kleine Anmerkung zu dem HEXAD Duffle mit den zu schmalen Rucksack Riemen. Ich habe für 40 EUR die Ersatzriemen vom Rucksack "FERNWEH" bestellt und diese am HEXAD montiert - Problem gelöst. Seitdem kann man den HEXAD auch mit mehr Gewicht gut tragen.

Great products with an amazing warranty. My 5 year old camera bag had an issue with the zipper, I made a claim with some pictures of the issue, and they provided a code for the full price of a new (updated version) of the bag, within 24 hours of lodging the claim.

bought my Wandrd Prvk 31L bag in 2019. It has traveled with me everywhere, protecting my gear in the worst conditions. It has been by my side for all my professional assignments. It finally gave up on me with a broken zipper. Fortunately, the bags come with a lifetime warranty, so I contacted Wandrd. They promptly provided me with a voucher of the same value as my bag. I'm now upgrading from version 1 to version 3 for free. Wandrd is a very reliable company that truly listens to its customers, which is rare these days. I highly recommend them! Thank you again!

My 21" PRVKE 31L Bag had a manufacturing defect that caused me to create a claim. The claim website was pretty nicely done as the website had quite a nice UI. What followed this claim was an extraordinary level of support and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve my issue. They provided me with two options where first they would cover the cost of a 3rd party repair or I take a free replacement bag, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. So ofc I choose the ladder. Not only did they address my concerns promptly, but the quality of their products also impressed me. The bag I received was well-designed, durable, and exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality. I would highly recommend WANDRD to anyone in need of a reliable and stylish bag.
