Incredible customer service. My Wandrd PRVKE 21L purchased in 2019 got the main zipper's stitch off after 4 years. I looked into the terms of conditions of the product and it was written lifetime warranty. I quickly fill in the claim form with the evidences and within 1h my application got verified and a coupon has provided to me with the full amount of a new backpack. I was totally amazed. I really like their products and now I like even more. Incredible customer service.

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einem Rucksack für das Verstauen meiner Kamerasachen aber auch für die alltägliche Benutzung. Der Prvke verbindet diese Sachen! Ich bin seit 5 Jahren jeden Tag super zufrieden mit diesem Rucksack unterwegs, ob beim Wandern, Tagesnutzung zur Arbeit oder für Wochenendtrips. Dieser Rucksack hat mich noch nie im Stich gelassen. Leider sind vor kurzem zwei Reißverschlüsse kaputt gegangen. Ich habe den Support kontaktiert und der Schaden wurde durch die Lebenslange Garantie abgedeckt. Ich habe umgehend einen neuen Prvke Rucksack erhalten! 1A Support!

I bought a bag in 2018 and I love it. Then a seam broke and they replaced it right away. They stand by their life time warranty. I met the guys behind the company at photokina in Cologne and there are as great as their products. Really passionate

I purchased my Wandrd PRVKE bag in 2017. I usually bring it with me on my travels. But this past summer of 2023, I noticed that two of the straps showed major damage. Since it is located on the load-bearing part of the bag, I can't use the backpack anymore. I mailed them, applied for the lifetime warranty and they replaced my bag right away. I am impressed by their service and how they stand by their promise. Good company, amazing products, excellent customer service.

Some stitches got loose on the side of my All New PRVK 31L bag, which I've only had for a couple of months. When I notified the support team, within 30 minutes I got a reply back from them asking me if I could fill in a claim form and to include some pictures of the defect. So I did and within a couple of hours I got a message that I could order a new bag for free. Now that's customer service for you there! Hassle free and beyond expectations!

The zipper on my backpack broke. I then submitted a warranty claim. This was processed in just a few hours and I was sent a voucher for a new backpack. I wish other companies would provide similar customer service.

After 4 years of using my bag nearly everyday, for everything, from work to travel, a zipper died. I contacted the support and after 1 day I received a promo code for a completely free new wandrd bag. When they say it is lifetime warranty, they are not lying ! Amazing customer service
