Great products, but not so much customer service
Superb - great quality products in overall. But not so much in their customer services (or shipping)... Their shipping speed is awful, and their customer service is very slow. It was a bit disappointing, but was still understandable given that there was a labor day discount, probably their warehouse was busy. What I was really pissed about was that, when emailed about the belated shipment after the promised window has passed (i.e., 4 business days), they first avoided answer, then not sure whether they thought that I'm blindfolded or not, they created the tracking number, yet then took forever to actually hand the product to Fedex. **Just to add, it took 16 days for me to receive the order after the payment...
