WANDRDReviews of wandrd.com

I've owned the Original PRVKE for 5+ years, and it's an absolute workhorse for work and vacation trips. I've taken multiple 7+ day trips with just this pack, including a 2-week trip around Vietnam. Recently, the seaming started to split near a shoulder strap, and I had the most positive experience filing a warranty claim. Aside from that seam, this bag is still in near-perfect condition after 5+years. WANDRD responded with a super positive solution within 12 hours of the claim being filed. Looking forward to supporting and repping this brand more in the future.

J'ai acheté mon sac il y a deux ans. J'ai eu un problème avec la fermeture et le SAV m'a remplacé le sac grâce à la garantie à vie. Juste au top !

Hi, I've purchased multiple bags and accessories from WANDRD since 2019, and they all are just awesome! Great design, really strong manufacturing and simply beautiful... WANDRD is the best backpack manufacturer ever! I currently own : - 1 x PRVKE 31L - 1 x All-New-PRVKE 21L - 1 x All-New-PRVKE 31L - 1 x HEXAD Carryall Duffel Backpack - 1 x ROGUE Sling 9L - Multiple accessories like TechBag, MIIR Water Bottle, etc... Another thing to keep in mind : the support team is awesome and the lifetime warranty is a real thing. I have to use it once and it was super effective! Love you guys from WANDRD.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the team at Wandrd regarding a warranty claim for my DUO Daypack. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, I was blown away by their responsiveness. They promptly reviewed my claim and ensured that it was covered by their "Wander More, Worry Less" guarantee, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Their flexibility and understanding truly made me feel valued as a customer. I can confidently say that I've never experienced such outstanding customer service with any other company. Wandrd has won me over as a loyal customer for life, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.

The warranty claim portal is extremely intuitive and easy to use. The response to the claim took less than a day. This is by far my best warranty experience with any company to date.

I bought a backpack from WANDRD two years ago (Original PVKE) and it had been performing wonderfully in that time. Recently a seam ripped, right where the back straps connect to the clam shell. I emailed WANDRD and within a day they responded and my backpack was fully covered by their lifetime warranty. It was genuinely one of the best customer experiences I've had.

I've had my 21l PRVKE for 5 years now, and I can say that their quality is top-notch. I ran into a few issues from regular wear and tear, and was considering buying a new backpack from another brand. But the customer service from Wandrd was so quick and beyond satisfying, it totally convinced me they're the best choice

Got the PRVKE over 5 years ago and have been super happy with it since! Unfortunately the zipper failed the other day, but with the lifetime guarantee I now have a new bag on order without having to pay for more than shipping! Great customer service and great products!
