I’ve been using WANDRD gear, specifically the Prvke 21L backpack, both as a photo bag and for everyday use. When I encountered a rare issue with the shoulder strap, their customer service was exceptional. They quickly reviewed my warranty claim and offered a full replacement with no hassle. It's clear that WANDRD stands behind their products, and I couldn’t be happier with their support. Highly recommended!

Great experience with their bags. The Wandrd Prvke has served me well for 5 years and the bag still looks amazing. The quality of their bags are top notch, and the lifetime warranty is true. I have a issue with the zippers and they replaced it with zero fuss. Their support team is truly passionate and knowledgeable about their products! I have bought another sling for my daily use too. If your looking for a excellant quality bag with thoughtful features, backed by a lifetime warranty and amazing team, look no further!

Weiter so Wandrd!

I bought my first and only Wandrd bag in 2020 and it has lasted me almost 4 years of incredible adventures. Truly this bag has been with me through it all. Sadly this year one of the zipper came off and I tried to fix it but it broke again. However, I realized that Wandrd has lifetime warranty so I messaged them, and the team helped me right away to get another replacement bag. I cannot express my gratitude enough and I am so happy to receive a new PRVKE bag. Though it will be bittersweet to say goodbye to my old bag, this whole experience has been so smooth and easy. I can't wait to use the new bag for many many years :')

I’ve been using Wandrd products for several years now, starting with their famous PRVKE backpack line, and I absolutely love their build quality and materials. The choices they make for flexibility allow me to use my bags in so many situations. I recently had to claim a warranty on one of their tech bags and they processed it so fast and gave me the best result. I’m in awe of their commitment to durability.

Grandioser Service. Ein 5 Jahre alter Rucksack wurde wegen eines Defekts anstandslos ersetzt.

Such a great company! On top of their products, the support team really is amazing. I was able to get in touch with the support team, fill out a warranty claim, and have a new camera bag sent out to be in maybe 1-2 hours? I honestly still can't believe it. Thank you WANDRD team!
