Great and very fast (1h!) claim department. Sadly a outside zipper got broke - they replaced the whole bag even after 6 years. The "Wander more worry less" program is here not only a claim, they take it seriously. Thanks a lot @WANDRD. A very happy wandrd customer again

Bought a bag in 2020, the zipper and one strapped broke after years of hikes. I filled in a claim and they honored their warranty service immediately which is pretty amazing. Great products and value, would recommend anytime.

I purchased a bag from WANDRD last 2019 and I can confidently say it has been one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. The bag itself is top-notch—designed with precision, durability, and functionality in mind. Every detail feels thoughtfully crafted, from the premium materials to the innovative storage solutions. It’s clear that WANDRD doesn’t compromise on quality. What truly sets WANDRD apart, though, is their outstanding customer service. I had a small issue, and their team resolved it promptly and professionally. They were not only responsive but also incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring I felt valued as a customer. It’s rare to find a company that matches exceptional products with such stellar service. If you’re considering investing in a reliable, high-quality bag, WANDRD is the way to go. I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the team behind it. Highly recommend! Got Prvke Bag Camera Bundle (2019) Wandrd Sling (2023) Tech pouches Wallet for passport
