Dear Tracie, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re really pleased to hear that you were happy with the upgraded 4-star hotel selections and their locations, and that the WhatsApp communication helped keep everything clear and easy to follow throughout your trip. We’re sorry again for the inconvenience with the Vatican tour. Although it was beyond our immediate control on the day, our team worked hard behind the scenes to find a solution as quickly as possible. We’re glad the refund allowed you to arrange a similar visit the following day and continue your plans with minimal disruption. Thank you for your understanding and for travelling with us We truly appreciate it and hope to assist you again on a future journey. Regards, Wendy
