Every time we had a question they responded very quickly. The directions were always clear. The pick up drivers were always friendly and very helpful and on time if not early. The excursions were perfect. There were never any problems. Everything was so smooth. The hotels were in good areas and decent. I’ll definitely book with them again.

Made it easy!
We usually plan our own vacations from start to finish to help save on costs as much as possible, but this time opted to have the tedious stuff worked out for us. It was so convenient to have all hotel, flight, and boat transfers done for us as we hopped around from place to place in Greece. Every time I had a question it was answered quickly and taken care of quickly. We enjoyed our trip immensely!

Great itinerary marred by use of remote guide.
We loved the itinerary. Wonderful cities and towns to visit. Transportation between cities was relaxing and fast. The local guides were very good - informed, personable and often quite funny.
Wanderful should have made it clear in the beginning, or at least at the time of booking, that they would be coordinating the tour by remote control (Whats App). Based on prior tours with other companies we were expecting an in person tour guide to handle or help handle the daily logistics of getting between cities and venues. Once we understood how they were going to handle logistics, things did run smoother, but being uncertain whether the driver would show up and/or where to meet the driver, created unneeded stress and agitation. The stress was exacerbated by trying to communicate with local drivers for whom English was a second, third or fourth language.
That said, when I did contact Wanderful via WhatsApp, their staffer, Rose Amanda, was great. Very prompt and helpful.

We truly appreciate your comments regarding expectations around tour coordination. This particular program is operated as a partially guided tour, as outlined in the tour literature. The WhatsApp coordination is primarily used as a real-time reconfirmation and support channel for the following day’s logistics, while our operations team at headquarters remains continuously involved behind the scenes to monitor the ongoing tours performance and stays on standby should a need arises.
We also offer fully escorted tours for travelers who prefer having an in-person tour manager throughout the journey, and we would truly love to host you on one of those experiences in the near future.
Your feedback has been taken very constructively, and we will continue improving our tour literature and pre-travel communication to further clarify the tour format and overall travel experience expectations.

We had a wonderful trip in Southern Africa
We received excellent services on 8 days Big Five & Mighty Fall tour in South Africa. and Victoria Falls. Not just the itineraries was the best, the communication between tour company and us was efficient and smoothly. All staying hotels were near the view points. Beds were comfortable and foods were delicious. All Tour Guides were friendly, patience and professional. We had a wonderful trip to the places where I dreamed a long time. This was my first experience in Southern Africa countries. I plan to go South Africa again in near future 😀

Successful and very enjoyable tour
My wife and I joined the 18 days South America tour. The tour was very well organized. We received the itinerary of the next day and was accurately executed. We had encountered a couple hiccups but they resolved them in less than 15 minutes. We appreciate their fast response.

I just finished my first 9 day trip in…
I just finished my first 9 day trip in Greece. The agents are very responsive ; I had a few glitches during my stay but every agent I spoke with found a solution for me when I couldn’t find my transfer on my last part of the trip from the ferry to get to my hotel I rode a taxi that I found at the port and they reimbursed me for the inconvenience since I had a copy of the receipt and the last hotel room was not as updated and clean so the agency worked with the hotel to move me to a better room without paying extra which is going above and beyond. I travelled alone but it wasn’t bad at all and I like how you get to choose and plan the things you want to see even though it took me time to get to the center of things public transportation is reasonable and easy to take. I recommend Wanderful holidays it is so convenient to have transfers between cities taken care of for you and will be looking to book with them in the future. Thank you so much to the team for making my first time in Greece a memorable one.
