If I could give negative stars, I would. This is the WORST service ever. Customer service seems like they’re helping, but nothing gets done. They keep saying they can’t get a hold of your vet, when the vet has faxed it to them multiple times. They are a complete joke. I will never use them again. If you need meds for your pet, stay away from this place.

The company is 1000$ wonderful! Two weeks ago something was sent to me. Medicine for one of my cats - the price is 180.00. And they need to be kept cold. But the FedEx didn't tell me it was delivered and they put in the wrong place. So when I found it, it was hot which killed the medicine. So I contacted the Walmartpetrx about the problem and WOW they have sent me this again but I didn't have to pay for it. Yes they are very wonderful!

I would give them negative 10 starts if I could HORRID CS. MULTIPLE emails and faxes to vet AFTER script was sent . They do not care about pets in the end I am told out stock (was not when I ordered) . This was a refill !!! Over a week later nothing but dealing with unprofessional , uncaring people . DONE

I ordered medication to be delivered next business day and paid 22.00 for this service. They just explained on the phone that, the fee was to put on the mail the next day. Well it's 4 days later and let's hope FedEx does deliver today, as it was supposed to be here Tuesday, Wednesday now it says Thursday. Not having much faith in either company at this point. No one wants to take responsibility. This will be my first and last order.

The issue is not the product (which works as directed by our vet). The issue is Walmart PetRx's ability (inability) to fulfill it's orders as promised on the website - TWICE. The website clearly states that for a $6.95 charge the order will be shipped 2 DAY USPS. My email confirmation clearly states that I've paid for 2-DAY delivery. In both cases my orders were shipped regular US Mail - which from Florida to California is at least a 5-DAY journey (not including weekends). When I complained to customer service the first time they apologized, refunded the $6.95, and expressed that they'd like me to use the service again. On the second order it HAPPENED AGAIN, so I called customer service who said: 1. "the website is wrong and needs to be updated, as that is no longer their policy for shipping." 2. they would refund the $6.95 I paid for 2-DAY and...wait for it... 3. because they have "now informed me of the issue with incorrect information on their website (the $6.95 2-DAY delivery option) we will note your file and not offer you a refund on shipping in the future." Really? Let me get this straight. You have allegedly incorrect information on your website regrading the speed with which you ship MEDICATION. I place an order for medication based on that information and timed so as not to run out of medication - which will now be the case. And then you tell me the website is wrong? Walmart? Fool me once (order #1) shame on you. Fool me twice (order #2) shame on me. Never again Walmart PetRx.

I was checking online pet pharmacy prices because the meds needed to keep our pup alive jumped nearly 30% recently on Chewy. Now I love Chewy, but that's a lot. I looked at Walmart Pet Pharmacy and they were $10 lower a prescription which helps... HOWEVER I found when I added the prescription to my cart as an autoship the 5% discount was improperly applied. It was a different price than is shown as the autoship price on the product page. The discount was lower. This is an error in their shopping cart software. I called in and talked to a rep out of curiousity. He said they could 'fix' the price for me... well, that might fix the current problem but if the price drops (and gosh, we hope prices start dropping at some point because they're crazy right now) how would that work? Yeah, not a solution. If you are not checking this you could easily be paying too much with autoship. Check your cart, do some basic math and see if you're getting the full 5% discount!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They falsely advertise free two-day shipping without mentioning that if the package is less than 1 pound it is sent USPS, and thus may or may not come in 2 days. As a result, shipping dates change after packages are en route and it is very unpredictable. Not good when the product is medicine. They even admit the website “needs updating” to reflect this internal policy, but as it stands today it is false advertising. Most medication orders are under one pound. When brought to their attention, they offer meaningless little store credits and their “chat” personnel just disconnect you. Horrible business practices and horrible customer service.

The two day shipping is a lie . A week ago I ordered and it still is in the post office where they shipped it from . I will never order from Walmart rx again
