The Walking Wheels was easy to assemble and it only took my dog a couple of days to get used to it. I got this to help her recover from surgery on her knee. So far, so good! I got a re-conditioned Wheelchair and It really looked brand new.

When I called customer service there was a wait but it kept telling me what number I was and the “on hold music” were inspiring stories about other pet parents living what we are and it was comforting. When the rep came on the line she was just helpful and I could tell she had a smile the entire time.

I ordered a harness from Walkin' Pets for my very compromised borzoi. Talking to the staff was very easy and they were very understanding when, sadly, I had to return it as my dog had a very aggressive form of cancer. The people at this company were extremely easy to work with and they had no problem having me return the harness since it was not able to be used. I would certainly recommend them.

I purchased a small seafoam green chair and separately purchased the camo front legs. My dog actually requires a Quad chair setup but it current costs more to buy it all together. so PRO TIP get what's on sale! verify its compatibility with them! I reached out to Walkin' Pets on multiple occasions because this is an expensive purchase for me and I wanted to get the right products and give my girl Indy her best chance at being more mobile. The staff were always very patient with the endless amounts of questions I had and were very nice. I really appreciate all your help along the way Walkin' Pets. Indy says thanks too.
