Excellent, quick service

Autumn made this very difficult decision seamless. From start to finish, she was kind, patient, professional, informative, and most of all very knowledgeable. Our pup was recently diagnosed with a spinal cord tumor and because of her, and the amazing wheelchair we received Riser is able to have a sense of normalcy despite being paralyzed. We love you guys so much and thank you for helping us capture and cherish these precious memories with our boy.

Was unsure about the fit of the cart I purchased for my dog. I got a timely helpful response via email where I was directed on which piece of the cart needed adjusting, help with exchange for the new piece, and help with return of the part that was too small for my dogs' height.

I can't leave a fair review because my Heidi has just recently passed away without being able to use the wheelchair. The wheelchair was easy to put together and seems well made. My Heidi didn't want anything to do with it either time when I tried to put her into it though. My suggestion is don't hesitate, buy one as soon as your pet shows signs of needing a wheelchair to get them used to it as soon as possible. The longer you think about buying one is the quicker they will need it.

Based upon the directions for measurements, the product came in exactly as I wanted them.

The product was well described and, when it arrived, well made. We had a lot of hope for it. Shipment was fast. Unfortunately, the condition in our dog's legs & feet would not allow us to use the splints. I contacted Walkin' Pets through the return authorization process and they took complete care of it.
