I would have given five stars except the product I needed had sizes that were not small enough for my little guy. I did get the xxs but it is still a tad too large for him. Would’ve been better if they were made individually. But the service and product were exceptional.

I found that that the minor differences in the instructions from the model that I received were confusing, but I managed to figure it out. The dog that this wheelchair is for enjoys using it.

The only thing is I had no news /feedback about the sending and the arrival of the package by FedEx and I payed a huge amount of money to be send. So at least some info about the sending of the package would be nice. Otherwise everything is in order the wheel chair is great

While i like the product for no knuckling. every buyer should be aware these are sadly not catch alls. and while some items like the no knuckling "brace" are great. my shi tzu despises the boot/hard brace. So i still do not have a good daytime solution for her nerve damage based knuckling

Delivery on the product was beyond fast - just a couple of days (and we ordered on a weekend)! Had a question on sizing but had to wait until Monday for an answer. We ordered anyway and guessed correctly. The problem with the product is the halo itself is quite heavy, so for a 5 lb. senior chihuahua wearing a 3XS, it's a lot. He's not able to hold it up for very long.

The wheelchair has made my dogs life so much better. My dad had gotten a wheelchair for his dog years ago and the wheels could recline I wish they could still recline them I would be able to allow my dog to relax and rest without having to take him in and out of it so much
