Measurements did not work for my goat. We have had 3 flat tires, and still trying to get front and back even.

There is no consistency on the fitting. First one we bought fit okay, 2nd one didn't. I had to keep twisting to fit my pup's foot/paw. It is very pricy for the quality they provide. It didn't last long because the bottom part of the shoe wore out very quickly. The cushion that I bought in addition to it, didn't really glued in on the shoe much.

This device has most certainly helped her in getting around. I don’t worry about her, banging her head into furniture and walls as much. The biggest issue I have had is within one week the stitching on the edges is starting to fray, especially under the chest material. I am constantly having to re-bend the halo because she bends it whenever she goes into the walls. She is a French bulldog so she is strong but at times I feel the device is not strong enough for her.

Product turned out to not fit (perhaps not measured properly) and seemed made of poor-quality material. Great design

I feel there could be some improvements made. There are minimal instructions provided and they display poor quality diagrams. When I tried to access the link provided for further instruction it was no longer available. Also, it is quite a challenge to fit the chair to your pup, as the fitting process requires your pup to stand up, and well, if you're getting the wheelchair there's a good chance that your pup is struggling to do just that. I have scheduled an appointment with my veterinarian for assistance with this so that I don't cause further injury to my dog as a result of not having it fitted properly.

Service was fairly decent, albeit very confusing at times. I had to ask for clarification a lot in the return process and had duplicate emails being sent to me regarding the same information. This company struggles with clear instructions but are kind and helpful ultimately.

Its hard to choose the dogs size. The first one I ordered was too small I returned it and got the other size. I paid for faster expedition, but it I came late.

First, the good. This product helps my pet, who is old and has limited mobility. Which is the only reason it gets 3 stars. What I dislike about it is the sizing method, attention to detail, design, and quality of materials. For the price, I feel taken advantage of. Using the vulnerability of helping our pets in need to charge a superior price for an inferior product. I am disappointed and will not be a returning customer. The label on the rear harness stated it was for the front. This was probably the first red flag, that attention to detail and quality were lacking. As others have stated before, we followed the sizing instructions and this is still not fitting right. I do not know if it is the design or fit that causes my female dog to urinate on the materials. Coincidentally, within three days of use, the adhesive in the neoprene leg loop connector thing failed. Simple stitching would remedy this material design flaw. HP offered to send another if I sent a picture. However, what is the point? If it is going to replicate the same results, it is just another disappointment. I have to wash this daily due to the urine issue. Which I suspect will diminish the life expectancy of the materials. The design of the rear handle length is dependent on the leg loop size. If a larger leg loop is needed then, you must have a shorter handle, and vice versa. The handle is not long enough to use upright. One must lean to the side or bend to use it. Thus, creating my own mobility issue. The overall design is poor, bulky, not breathable. I am unable to exchange due to the urine issue, and the fact that it is impossible to get fur out of the lining material. I am glad others have had success, however I will be looking at other brands. Or if needed make my own and use this as a model of what not to do.
