Trying to get a hold of someone with your company is very hard or should I say having someone reply back in timely manner . I emailed, called left a message and never got a response back in a timely manner. All I wanted was a return label. One of your customer representative said that they sent me a label and I never got it. So it took me like two weeks before I received a return label. Your customer service needs some work.

This order was poorly handled right from the beginning, unnecessary info given to FedEx who then helped to make it a total disaster. Package stuck for 1 month in customs, no tel to contact the recipient to let him know the package has arrived. Storage fees are asked ... Shouldn't I have made some reseache, from a different recipient's country, we would know NOTHING at all of the pending situation. You keep not answering some of my very clear questions and pretend that FedEx is "diligently" (lol !) working and will telephone me. And in the meantime, the dog is still suffering ! This must be a kind of a bad joke ! You shoud be ashamed of the way you treat your (1 time) customers !! It's cost me almost 700 dollars + duty fees to come - if I ever get the package ... ? My advise : KEEP AWAY FROM WALKIN' PETS ! I know you won't dare display this but it felt good to tell the truth.

You can check returns to make sure all parts are I the box. I paid over $200. and all I got was a frame.

I was truly disappointed in the fact is that they sent me a shipping label, and the labels only shipped to me not shipped to the business. I asked twice regarding to have this shipping label sent to me know I would need to pay out of my own pocket for return. Truly disappointed.
