We bought a wheelchair that would fit my Newfoundland. Clip broke first time using it. I contacted customer service & they immediately sent a replacement. We have figured out how to get him in it & working on him using it now.

This was a great experience! The customer service is wonderful - people are warm, helpful, forthcoming snf truly back up their products with patient instruction. On a Zoom instruction call I was shown diverse animal companions in wheelchairs, like a cow, a pig, a chicken! It's heartwarming to work with Walkin' Pets!
