It is difficult to keep the boots in position. They keep slipping around and the dog ends up walking on the top instead of the bottom. Also they are wearing out after 10 days or so of use. My dog has hip dysplasia and drags her foot a lot, but I had still hoped they would last longer than that.

Missing multiple (needed) parts in my order, however customer service did send them out once I notified them of the issue.

I have been buying from walking wheels for years. Not sure if it’s always been this way but my newest wheel chair has made In China stickers all over box. I really hope it’s the same quality Thought this was all made in America

My wheelchair arrived with 2 defective parts and these were replaced but I had to pay myself to return the defective parts

We were so excited to have this for our pup but has been trouble since we got it. First it's very difficult to put together and directions very hard to follow. Second the harness put so much pressure on our pups back that he didn't want to get in. Several parts are very cheaply made and break easily. After about a year we had to add the front wheels which has been even a bigger headache. Parts broke while putting together and small plate that holds on front wheel constantly breaks. Had I not already put in over 750 dollars I would definitely look around for a better quality walkin chair for my pup.

The sizing was wrong. Will need to get refund and order smaller size😢

I ordered a shorter width connector and a belly support for my corgi. However, a harness was sent to me instead. After reporting the mistake, I was told the correct items would be sent. When I got the 2nd package, the width connector was missing. I'm very disappointed with the carelessness of your shipping department. At the meantime, I can't use the wheelchair without the correct width connector.

Wonderful qualiity splints but my cat is small. I did buy the adhesive backed foam rubber sheet but I could not find a video on how to use the foam pad. My cat was walking on his heels instead of his toes - front feet. He looks at me and then pulls his foot out. If I can figure out how to use the foam, I will be more pleased.
