Can’t get no body on phone 9015022952 You sent me half wheelchair for my dog and it cost 183.95 where is the other half order number # 409250

rements and was told the Large rear splint would fit. It didn’t, it’s so big it comes up to my dogs hip. I called back to confirm the size the second time and was put on hold so the size could be confirmed. The service rep came back on and just asked how I wanted to return the Large splint. I said I didn’t want to return it, I wanted to compare the Medium and Large as my dog was in between sizes. The medium was too small. Now I have to return both because the service reps couldn’t truthfully advise that they did not have a solution for us. Very disappointing and unhelpful. Big surprise as we used a medium wheel chair from them and we’re hopeful to continue using the walk-in pets solutions. Too bad.

I ordered Med brace, splint for my dogs right front leg. She has horrific soft tissue damage after being struck by a hit and run driver I got the foam too. So it comes, foam has to be cut out and put in brace! Hmm, not good. Brace itself is very difficult for myself to put on Chloe, my pooch. By the time I have all the Velcro holding the leg, it scoots up, so her paw isn’t in the foot part. Grrr. Getting on floor to help her is hard for me! I was going to send back several times, but know she needs this, cause her paw goes under when she is comfortable. Nerve damage I suppose.

The website login experience is comparable to the worst kind of online banking security I had the displeasure of ever dealing with. It's unnecessarily and draconian strict: asks me for a verification email every damn time I try to login and doesn't even offer me the decent option of greenlighting all the devices from this IP location and the SAME email. Why can't I just authorized this login access on my phone's email and get on with business on the laptop?! Why did I have to do everything on the same device?! I already went through this same boring dance and song WITHIN one month. Not even dealing with HSBC is this asinine. I am buying handicap products for my dog, NOT doing online banking! What's with this unnecessary level of security?! Product wasn't a good fit for my dog either.

I ordered replacement parts for my dog's wheelchair and 2 of the clips/fasteners were broken. I called customer service and left a message asking for additional clips but never received any correspondence back.

Valkyro came right off the glue is crappy cast is pretty cool but not worth the money

The product is the correct item but there was no clear time frame on how long it was going to take and we had to improvise going another route because it took too long. Product was never used and I have sent out a return form and helps to get a return label back.

This looks well constructed and I believe it would help our Charlie who has neurological damage. We have not been able to fit it to Charlie. We watched the videos over and over. The videos show the wheelchair being placed on a dog medium size. Charlie is a munchkin cat. We just don’t know how to fit it properly. DMC N Ft Myers Fl
