Needs some kind of rubber pad on the bottom. Zach can't & won't walk on our hardwood floor. His leg slips out from under him.

The splint caused sores on her leg, even with a sock on. We found a place not too far away that was able to take a mold of her leg and make one to fit her.

The first issue and I don’t know how I missed it is the glucosamine in your product is derived from corn. Corn is a natural inflammatory which is not good for my dog with spinal issues. I don’t want to cause him more inflammation! Just can’t believe it. Shellfish would be a better source. Second issue, from order to my door was about 11 days. Must have used the super economy shipping. Might I suggest Fedex or ups? At any rate the first reason is enough and I won’t be ordering again. I’d actually like a refund if possible. Just a waste of money and time at this point.

Good morning David. The following is the information regarding glucosamine which is used to make the product safe for your pet: There is high global demand for glucosamine. As you mention, most of it comes from crushing seafood shells and extracting glucosamine via a water-based method. The seafood shells may have significant levels of heavy metals, such as mercury, and with the extraction method these may contaminate the end glucosamine product. Heavy metals have obvious health implications and ingestion should be avoided. Therefore, we use an FDA approved vegetarian source to avoid contamination with heavy metals. The glucosamine HCl we use in YuMOVE is of vegetarian origin. The glucose found in non-GMO corn (i.e. not genetically modified) is the start material used to make glucosamine. No one answers the phone number for customer service. For the Walkin' Front Splint, I ordered a XS for our Morkie 14.5 lbs and our vet said "there is no way this size fits a small dog its way too large".

Ordered another new harness for my little guy. The last one was a Velcro style that didn’t last long. This one is a different style with all clasp closure. The details said it was compatible with his wheelchair but the clasps are not the same size. Trying to figure out my next move as my little hasn’t been able to be in his wheelchair in a while now. Tried calling but was on hold a very long time.

The sizing guide didn’t match actual size it ran small. Also my pet found it a little uncomfortable and doesn’t like to wear it.
