Walkin wheels has been absolutely amazing all around. I received a chair second hand through my vet and it needed a lot of adjustments to fit my greyhound who has wonky proportions. They have been super responsive, helped me find the exact pieces and harnesses that I needed, and even offered to video call to help make further adjustments if needed. I can’t say enough about how amazing their customer service has been.

Product arrived on time and was exactly how it was described. Our doggy was able to fit into the splint and the size was perfect. She needed an XXS. Once she got used to the splint she was able to walk better and heal faster. She had hairline fractures her back paw. So glad we found this product!

Walkin' Pets wheelchairs are the best on the market. The support for replacement parts is excellent should you encounter some wear and tear! My Terrier was able to enjoy the last year of her life to the fullest in her chair. It was a valuable piece of equipment in her battle with with degenerative myelopathy. Thanks Walkin' Pets!

I’m very impressed with this company’s products. High quality, well made, and making more items to meet the varying needs of their customers. Who knew they could adapt a mobile wheel vehicle to a dog or a duck? Customer service is excellent, as are the notifications of orders placed and shipped with good tracking information. Most impressive is the variety of styles, adjustments and fitting possibilities for almost any animal disability.
