The folks at Walkin' Pets have always been responsive & helpful with my questions. Sasha's wheelchair is solid.

Very well run outfit providing a product that gives our 4 legged family members the mobility assistance they require after injury and illness. Unfortunately my big girl Georgia had cancer damage in her leg that was beyond repair and we had to make the impossible decision and say goodbye to her. Jena was so understanding and helped me process the return of the brace my Georgia never got the opportunity to wear. She was very compassionate and kind to make that happen without any hassle and I appreciate when a company offers that level of personal assistance to their customers. They have certainly earned my future business.

Excellent as always!

The cart is perfect for my pug , she love it and did not need any training to use it. Thank you walking pets

Perfect for dogs with back problems.

The sizing guide was correct and the handle harness fits our Dalmatian well. The handle has already been helpful lifting our boy to the sofa or bed. We removed the 2 angled clips, one each side, that look like they attach to another adaptive apparatus. We will keep this harness on day and night for stability help and so far it seems comfortable for him without chafing.

Amazing customer service that actually cares. My dog was attacked and we thought she would need the wheelchair. Dog made a miracle recovery I offered to pay shipping to send the wheelchair back and they would not take it they insisted that they paid the shipping and we're happy about the dog

the wheels arrived quickly and were simple enough to assemble and adjust (my small dog is a little thick so the extender was appreciated). its an excellent purchase and my dog gets really excited when I put her in it.
