Product and customer service are outstanding!

It came assembled! I was able to figure put how to adjust it and atravh the harnesses with only a few tries. But the BEST thing about the chair, is how much she LOVES it! She asks to get in and can't wait to get out the door! Thank you!

Their website is easy to use and they are very helpful if you have any questions before, during, or after your purchase. They really care about their products and their customers.

Bought a wheelchair for my dog who lost function of her back legs. She ended up passing a few days later. Contacted customer service and they were incredibly understanding and issued a return/refund. I'll never forget the moment she figured out how to use the wheelchair and ran into my arms. Thank you, Walkin' Pets, for bringing a smile to countless pets and pet families, even in the hardest of times.

Fast shipping.

We use the splint like a prosthetic while we wait to get my dog's leg amputated as he has nerve damage in his leg. And it definitely helps us to keep him from injuring himself.

Very quick service, product is as described, very helpful information regarding sizing etc
