I love the product. It's so wonderful to see our girl walking. I didn't realize how large the wheel base was going to be. She can only use them outside . Also we are having trouble keeping her legs raised. As she walks her back legs tend to slip until she is actually dragging her feet on the ground

We've purchased the calendar the last few years. Unfortunately I think it got lost in the mail this year as it hasn't arrived after being shipped nearly a month ago. 4 stars because it's really not Walkin' Pets fault, but I'm apprehensive to order another one and have it also get lost in the USPS void.

Well made halo. It works for my pug. I had to “break” the glue on the areas where the harness attaches so it laid flatter and didn’t dig into my dog’s shoulders. That’s why four instead of five stars.

You have a high quality product, and it arrived quickly. I took the measurements you asked for to get my chocolate lab a front leg splint. The splint came to us not quite big enough, the swelling from her broken bones wasn't accounted for in the measurements, so I couldn't use the splint, it was too tight. After a couple of days I got the splint to fit, and she chewed it off the first night.

The calendar is awesome - as is the work you do. My conly complaint is that it took so long to receive it after ordering

Having her wheel chair has been wonderful for extending the life and comfort of our Bernese Mountain Dog with DM. She took to it immediately, and with the adjustability and design it’s both transportable and easy to get her in and out of it. Although it’s expected that some parts would wear and need, replacements do not seem to fit properly. The biggest annoyance is with the front end plugs.

The brace ordered came quickly and is strong and sturdy.

The sale rep was not very helpful when we asking abut parts, my guess there are many moving components in wheelchair, so it was hard to identify which parts we need. My suggestion, maybe create a wheelchair components diagram in your website with identifying descriptions or numbers for customers, I think that will help a lot.
