My item arrived late. By the time I received it, my dog was too weak to use the belly support and passed two days later. Never got to use it.

I wasn’t happy about the restocking fee and knew nothing about it until we called to return. The paperwork that was included with our order didn’t mention it either. I finally saw your policy on your website, which should have been posted on your how to return paper. After we pay for return shipping again and minus the restocking fee, we’re not getting much back. Sorry, but I don’t think I would buy from your company again.

Delivery time wasn't nearly as fast as my first order. Ordered on 8-19 and didn't receive until 8-30. Also, never got tracking info.

I'm having difficulty adjusting the wheelchair, I can't figure out how hot attach the belly band, one time it too short the next time it seems heavy and pushes her front end down, the wheels seem to be sticking outward, if I can get it working properly, it will be ok.

The dog died before the wheelchair got here, so it's sitting unopened. I'm sure it's wonderful. It's also non-returnable and non-refundable, so it'll be a nice donation to a shelter.

The main reason I am not happy with this product is beause of the awful return policy. I should have check that out much better. Here is the reason. I measured my dog from what was shown to me. I measured twice because there was quite a difference. the 1st time it was 15" and the 2nd time was 22". Either one I put in said large. That is what I ordered. I took Pictures of Mellow in the wheels and was informed that he needed the larger size. Which is really unexpected since as I said both sizes said large. My issue is with the return policy. I was told if I ordered the new size so that I could get them quicker. That way I could send the other wheels back when I needed to. The new wheels cost me $59.00 to ship back the 1st set a wheels cost $74.98. Fed X told me that I should check to see if the company would possibly send you label. So I checked with the company. I was told that they would deduct the cost of the label which would be about $12.00 to $13.00 and then there was a restocking fee of $7.00. Which would mean that for the time and effort I might get back a little more of 1/2 of what I paid to get the new set of wheels. I was then told that if I had talked to a representive that the refund would be different. No where on the site does it say that you should really talk to a representive for a better refund. There is nothing to indicate that. The new wheels got here and I sent pictures in again. I was told to adjust the front harness to make the frame sit level. I have done that and they do sit level but the axel of the wheels still look way to tall for Mellow. I am very surprised that a company who puts out how much they want to help dogs do not have a policy for trying out the wheelchair with a much better return policy. I have ordered pairs of sandals and that company offers a 30 day trial and if you are not satisfied then you get a full refund. That is for shoes you wear on your barefeet. I am not too happy with the fit of the wheels but I am going to see what I can do to make this better for Mellow. Just a very poor return policy. So for the money one puts out I would hope it would be a little better.

I liked the product. Well made, attractive, but my dog was uncomfortable in it. I'm going to return it.

I think the weight of the wire for blind dogs collar should be posted , I had to return the item I orders and unfortunately I didn’t get my whole refund
