neither of the boots/splint fit my dog . the foot would not sit in the area. it's upsetting that the company is charging me $15 to restock when the design, unfortunately, doesn't fit his foot.

DON’T GO WITH THIS COMPANY! It is a Total scam. Told me to get an XL brace after I spoke to someone on the phone about the dogs size and then it didn’t fit. You guys still charged me for shipping and restocking. I will continue to let people know I was scammed by this company. Also telling me that you’re surprised an XL doesn’t fit isn’t an excuse considering I spoke to a representative about my dogs size. Unethical and you took $25 for your own mistake. You guys helped me make the decision to go with your company knowing it doesn’t go as big as my dog. Misleading and a scam. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!

The brace you recommended that I purchase did not fit my dog and then you proceeded to not give a refund after you talked me into purchasing a different brace. Pretty sleasy customer service. I would not ever recommend this company for anything as they will rip you off if you try to return anything.

Per our return policy and our previous communication, products returned to us must be in like new condition. Foreign substances such as mud, grass, and other substances mixed into the tread and seams do not allow us to receive back as new. Our stated goal is to be as transparent and quick on all returns. In this case, the product returned to us was not in a condition that would allow us to receive the product. This allows us to continue with our mission of assisting all needy pets in a cost effective and time efficient manner.

I will not be purchasing from Walkin Pets again. The experience was frustrsating and time wasting to get the help my dog needed. it took 10 days to receive a brace I ordered. Customer service from Autumn was rude, and careless. However, Olivia was helpful and considerate. The return and refund process is not consumer friendly, rather a time consuming process. For a customer that's already frustrated with the lengthy receiving of product, you get to also waste time returning it. All the while trying to help your handicap pet. Not worth the effort when you have other home delivery places that are much faster to purchase from. The customer service is lacking at Walkin Pets.

Didn’t fit my pet at all - measured correctly. I ordered another product and it’s pretty flimsy. It’s not supportive in any way. It’s a piece of foam with Velcro.
